Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and courteous the food was good the entertainment was great.
Cons (-) The roof was leaking in many places area rugs were used to soak up the spill instead of buckets and a lot of people fell in the lobby including myself.

Cons (-) Very bad customer service. Rude reception and manager. Dirty rooms Front door is not sealed after reenovation. Food is very bad. Level of three star hotel. It is not adult only hotel it is bardelle hotel. Stay away from that hotel. There are several adult only hotel which are a lot better.

Pros (+) The service, food and locations was great. You were waited on with care and precision. Just what I needed. Beautiful property and the spa was fantastic!!!!! Alejandro has gifted hands and was the best massage therapist!
Cons (-) The beach had a smell that was not pleasant at times. Not sure what it was so I stayed in the pool area.
