Pros (+) We were not given the room we paid for and the room we were given smelled moldy. The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom from the toilet in the room above us, when we asked for the room we paid for they said their were none available.
Cons (-) Better customer service . better maintenance . Friendlier service.

Pros (+) All around great stay. Clean, with friendly and helpful staff, and great facilities. Also easy taxi or bus ride to almost all central attractions. 24 hour room service was a plus too!

Pros (+) Views were great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The sliding door to the balcony didn't lock. My reservation was not in the system correctly. Staff informed me it's a common occurrence with their staff.
