Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, views, and proximity to attractions, with some positive mentions of room size and staff friendliness. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms, and poor service, especially at breakfast. The included breakfast is frequently described as disappointing, limited, or misleading, and several guests report problems with maintenance and noise. While some guests enjoyed the pool and lagoon views, overall satisfaction is hampered by recurring complaints about cleanliness, service, and value for price.

Pros (+) We were not given the room we paid for and the room we were given smelled moldy. The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom from the toilet in the room above us, when we asked for the room we paid for they said their were none available.
Cons (-) Better customer service . better maintenance . Friendlier service.
