Good beach and food.
Bad air condition. I had to pay twice at checkin, because the card which i paid with few months ago didnt exist any more.
I like the location it was definitely in the right part of the beach! The restaurants where on point!
If you are not traveling with family maybe its not the right choice for you, there are too many kids. The rooms are getting a little too old and the covers where not soft.
The location, breath taking beach, facilities cleanliness, how huge the place is! The aquaworld company who is at the hotel also & has AMAZING activities to try and enjoy. Also, I liked how the staff was friendly and available 24/7, esp CHRISTIAN at concierge desk who was like a friend honestly and he helped us with everything! Lastly, there is an awesome thing called hospitality room -you need to pre reserve it- which you can use post check out as you dont have a room to change or shower! P.s: go to isla mujeras island and coco bongo club at night - they are A MUST!!
The red lounge was a disappointment as it was empty with few drunk people in it. Go party OUTSIDE! The hotel is so huge & good in total, but the rooms look old and need renovation. I liked every thing about all inclusive free drinks free food 24/7 BUT for some restaurants you need to reserve them in advance and there are couple of them which were for the gold package only. There were though around 6-8 restaurants as I remember but honestly the food was suboptimal & not delicious! My recommendations are Malva restaurant which is an international open buffet cuisine and Blueagava which is a Mexican food rest. So for the others they need massive menu & taste renovation. Also, I didn’t like how pricey was the cubicle beds at the beach for around 190$ US dollars taking into consideration that we paid for all inclusive and this is too pricey to be honest! Although there were some free beach beds on the basis of first come first serve which are always full & taken!
All inclusive is awesome - so many choices Staff went above and beyond to serve
Property was dated but the staff have done a great job keeping it clean and comfortable Strange when we arrived to the room it wasn’t cleaned and there was a mess from the previous people but cleaned up very quickly after we arrived late at night
Pool is excellent, location great, hotel clean
The largest restaurant in the hotel was under construction so every other place was packed and had limited availability. No effort to accommodate customers for this.
