Pros (+) I liked that the hotel had everything easy to get to not a lot of walking around. Kid friendly
Cons (-) I checked in and didn't receive a special set up in my room like I had on my last visit. I also was not told about my resort credits and when I asked about them checking out they told me I had to use them that day. I was very upset because I could of used them the 3 days I was there. No one had told me about how many credits I had upon checking in.

Pros (+) Wonderful service! many restaurant options within the hotel, entertainment at the pool, drinks at all times, nightclubs inside the hotel ... many entertainment options.
Cons (-) The main negative point is the smell of the bathroom drain. I stayed in a room on the 10th floor and decided to stay another day so they stay me on the 5th floor the smell is very unpleasant ... you have to take a shower and something by plugging the drain so that the odor does not go to the room. My friends were staying on the 3rd floor the odor was even worse!
