Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the welcoming and sociable atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner offerings are frequently highlighted as delicious and varied, and the hostel's central location is appreciated for its convenience. However, several guests mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and shared spaces, and note that some facilities are outdated or in need of better maintenance. Overall, the positive service and communal vibe stand out as the hostel's main strengths.
