Pros (+) The meals and attentions are spectacular.
Cons (-) The air conditioning is automated in the rooms. So it cannot be modified by the guest at your own pleasure. In addition, once closed the dinner restaurants, the only thing there is for food is a Deli where the only thing they serve is sandwich. They should include more variety, such as pizza, hamburgers, etc.

Pros (+) Staff stood out the most as tolerant helpful and nice. Loads of food and drink.
Cons (-) All was fine but if you want to be in heart of cancun hotel nightlife then you are 10 minute plus drive away. Food was fine but obviously if you are in a more luxurious place the cuisine is of a different caliber.

Pros (+) Had a wonderful time at GR Solaris. There was always plenty to do, eat, and drink. The staff was wonderful! We were upgraded at check-in from a regular room to a beautiful Ocean-front with jacuzzi. I have no complaints about anything from the weekend! I would definitely go back!

Pros (+) My sister and I travelled here. We had a great time!! Staff were nice, clean, and overall a great experience! 24 room service was a perk we really liked! And our room was ocean view, really nice.

Pros (+) A variety of foods were offered. The Marco Polo restaurant was excellent. We loved our server Señor Felix (feliciano) who went above and beyond to provide us excellent meal experiences at Marco Polo!!! He was always attentive.
Cons (-) The wifi service was poor. While other hotels picked up on the beach the wifi at this hotel didn't even pick up in the rooms. It was a bit pricey for very spotty service.

Pros (+) Overall our experience at the GR Solaris Cancun was good. The food was good limited from a restaurant perspective. The entertainment was fun, but not great. From talking with others, you can tell the staff has done an amazing job of making this a place people want to come back to time and time again. The patrons and staff, young and old, were friendly and made for an overall enjoyable experience.
Cons (-) The biggest issue this this hotel was the poor internet service. You pay $37USD per device for 3 days and we had issues staying connected to it anywhere but in the lobby. When we complained, the manager told us there wasn't anything they could do but complain to the company. The food options were extremely limited, but the food they had was ok.
