Hibiscus Motel8.1/10 ratingout of 12 reviews · R97 avg price/ night
PROS: I have stayed in hibiscus every year love the location and rooms are very modern, used to be very cleanCONS: Unfortunately the new owner (Waves next-door) service is non existent. Having to request fresh towels during a 6 night stay. Had to request to mop out the floor after a flash flood storm had come into the room. The room was not serviced in 7days we had to chase the cleaners for toilet rolls such a shame as the previous owner was a lovely lady
PROS: Nothing about this place is desirable except for its proximity to townCONS: Run down, poorly kept, in need of complete overhaul by owners. Mgt staff was flustered and completely unknowlegeable about the place and the town in which it is located. Wifi doesn't work, noisy at all times of the night, bed is a piece of uncomfortable foam, ac had to be replaced during our stay. Staff gets upset with clients when approached about problems.
