Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its outstanding and friendly staff, central location close to Byron Bay attractions, and clean, comfortable rooms. Many appreciated the modern decor, well-appointed amenities, and thoughtful touches such as late check-out and complimentary wine. The communal spaces and facilities like the pool, BBQ area, and bike rentals were also highlighted positively, though a few noted some amenities were under maintenance or appeared dated. Some guests experienced minor issues with noise, water pressure, and security, but overall, the positive experiences with service, cleanliness, and location far outweighed the negatives.
