Cons (-) More comfortable chairs
Pros (+) I enjoyed that it was about halfway between Laughlin and the town of Bullhead so I was able to get wherever I needed to go at a great time. Staff was very nice when I checked in and out of my room and I had no idea there was a jacuzzi and a pool so I definitely know to bring my swimsuit during my next stay :)
Cons (-) There is a half wall to separate the sitting area and bedroom. I feel that it should be done away with the half wall it would give the room more of an open area and not feel so congested in the room.

Cons (-) No ice. Our room never got cleaned. Too many people, not enough food at breakfast.
Pros (+) Our check in experience was very pleasant! The young lady that assisted us was very nice. She welcomed us with a smile, provided us the keys and offered assistance if necessary. The room layout was appealing. The bed size was appropriate.
Cons (-) The TV did not work for the entire stay. when I told the lady the following morning, she said maintenance would come fix it. But nobody came. When we tried to get breakfast, they were tearing it down early. We tried to get a cup of coffee, and it was empty. I asked for some, and the receptionist lady rudely shouted at me. She pointed and yelled "its over there!" I said "it's empty". She shouted lo...

Pros (+) The room was clean, food serving area was clean, for the price point the hotel was decent. Breakfast had a variety of food.
Pros (+) It was convenient to where I was visiting.
Cons (-) Ugly, 1960's dated room. A/C was incredibly loud and unusably loud when the compressor kicked in. Shower head had a leak that squirted water on the ceiling. Coffee service for one.
