10,0 Excellent
Pros: Totally family friendly!
Cons: Smoking
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Bed comfortable. Casino “environments” were very nice and staff friendly. Bighorn Cafe was great and meals very reasonable price. Property is at the south end of the Laughlin “strip” so you can drive in and out without dealing with heavy traffic on Casino Dr. I would stay again.
Cons: At night they turn VERY bright lights on the hotel exteriors. If you are a light sleeper they might keep you awake. Ask for a room that does not get the bright lights at night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Midnight Steak & Eggs in the Bighorn Restaurant - Steak was excellent! Service...kinda' lacking.
Cons: We were here 3 mos ago in Oct. The Sport's bar ran out of chicken nuggets...ON A WEEKEND! Dotty's didn't have any chicken, nor did the Mexican place downstairs; they said everything was frozen...huh...okay. Seriously? Then, this weekend (Sunday morning), the Sport's bar was out of waffles??? AND, Dotty's didn't have any Breakfast Sandwiches. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? And, the employees weren't all that empathetic they couldn't provide what was on the menu. And, they have the nerve to say "This doesn't happen that often." Right, well, it's happened to us both times we've been there...3 mos apart. Whoever is the food manager for this hotel needs to be let go. You shouldn't ever run out of food; that's just poor planning.

Pros: Room size was good.
Cons: There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. Everything in the hotel is extremely dated. There was no refrigerator, microwave, iron, or ironing board in the room. The TV was picture tube style (didn't think there were any of them around anymore).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean. The Restaurant was wonderful, Went back today to eat there again.
Cons: TV was an older model. And no coffee pot.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The food was good. and Lodging was clean. Picking a good location in the hotel is critical.
Cons: The first night of our stay we found out quickly you don't want a lower room in the hotel. They have Obnoxious Spot lights that light the hotel outside right below the window. The light stays on way into the night and drones thru the drawn curtains. I even asked the front desk clerk which floor would be better for a view. She suggested a high floor, but I thought riding the elevator all day to the 20th floor didn't sound fun. There was no mention of Seach lights in my window. We could barely see the river at Night due to light noise. Our second night of the stay was less acceptable. We had Wild Partiers in the room next door #325. They kept us up with their Loud rukus. They was also the prevalent Smell of Weed wafting from their room. I know weeds legal in Nevada, but it would be nice to not have to smell smoke all the time. Walking thru the casino is bad enough. I was just hoping to have a little sanctuary in my room. I quess the trip made me realize why I don't visit Nevada Hotels/Casinos very often.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Linens clean and bed was very comfortable
Cons: Online photos showing rooms with microwaves and small fridge not true. Room had neither one.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room, the distance of the bathroom to the bed, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and a great value. The food was good and a great value.
Cons: We could hear our neighbors through the wall all night. The TV in the room was an old box TV with only 13 basic channels and not a clear picture.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing that was really nice about the Hotel was. They have a really good General Store. The bowling alley and Ice Cream Parlor cool and the little tiny Mini Arcade was cool other than that not happy
Cons: I got the deluxe room with a river view. It was supposed to have a 55 inch TV and a refrigerator. But it had a old school tube Style TV and no refrigerator. There was food on the M&M candies on the floor like they didn't vacuum. I feel I was overcharged .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was extremely family friendly. My 14 year old loved it.
Cons: We had to pay extra for a River View.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service
Cons: Don't like the check in at 4pm. Preferably more early at noon it would be nice.

2,0 Mediocre
Cons: Room is not as shown in the photos, very poor decoration.
6,0 Good
Pros: I liked our view. The beds were comfy and the maid service did an excellent job of straightening room and restocking our towels/supplies. Machines were fun on the first night. The employees were helpful and nice.
Cons: I thought that I booked a room in the newly remodeled tower but we found out I did not when we checked in. My mistake, I guess. Tower 3 was dated and the floors/elevators were old and dirty looking. Our carpet also had a few questionable stains on it. I felt like the room was clean for the most part though. No coffee pot, microwave or fridge but I guess that's standard in the hotel rooms in Laughlin and Vegas? They did bring up a coffee pot after our 2nd request. The hotel was a little older than I expected and was up on the hill away from the other Casinos. I suppose some people would like that though. I asked a cab driver what hotel they recommended for the next visit and they said Harrah's if you get the newly remodeled tower.

Pros: Room a bit worn down from usage

Pros: This is an okay hotel. The pool & hot tub is really nice. The river view rooms have a beautiful view.
Cons: I don't think they should be able to charge for resort fees here in Laughlin. None of these casinos are resorts. Nickle & diming the last few people you get in Laughlin are driving people out. It's sad to think what a cool spot this was not that long ago.

Pros: Price and location
Cons: I guess it depends on which room you get. Last two times were a better experiences. This time carpets very dirty, holes in wall and when I went to move night stand, top was not attached. Neighbors were very noisy.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the river view.
Cons: I didn't like that all the ice machines were out of order.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room had been remodeled. Lots of room--no chair but ok otherwise. Shower turned on but did not turn off. Worked good otherwise. Maintenance man came right away after being summoned and fixed problem. Had noisy neighbors--think they lived full-time in the room next door. Not much sound proofness. Could hear their tv and every conversation they had. They must work because one person left about midnight (beckoned by a horn from a vehicle outside), three others were up at 2:30 and eventually left. Two others were talking about 6 am and eventually left.. We didn't get much sleep. They were not quiet neighbors....just ordinary boisterous people which would be fine if we hadn't been booked in the room next door.
Cons: See above. Location of Pioneer is great--centrally located--makes it fun to casino hop.
