Cons (-) It’s just older, there is a hole is our carpeting so they have duct tape covering that up. Hallway carpet has seen much better days. Could use some upgrades and repairs.

Gave back chip with no problem and security still made me go with them to a back room. Where they tried to handcuff me to a chair after I already gave back chip. Cons (-) Had QUESTIONS on why there is a $30 a night ( up front fee fee charged to our account) ... that would refunded after we checked out? A way to make INTEREST on our money???? Plus here it is a day and a half later and THE FEE still has not been removed??? What’s up????

Cons (-) I paid the fee for a crib and they never brkucht it up; when I called the front desk they said the last guest returned it broken. I appreciate them not sending a broken crib to my room but it would've been nice to have been notified rather than to wait until I called and reminded them I needed a bed for my baby. Need to double check my statement next month to make sure they refunded the fee.
