Cons (-) Make sure if non smoker you book non smoking room!!! They said they could not change my room because I booked through third party.
Cons (-) Beds were super hard but not the worst I’ve ever slept on. Super thin walls with very noisy guests late at night.

Pros (+) Great location, nice staff, good food
Cons (-) Had QUESTIONS on why there is a $30 a night ( up front fee fee charged to our account) ... that would refunded after we checked out? A way to make INTEREST on our money???? Plus here it is a day and a half later and THE FEE still has not been removed??? What’s up????

Cons (-) The check-in process was very long, cumbersome and outdated.

Cons (-) I paid the fee for a crib and they never brkucht it up; when I called the front desk they said the last guest returned it broken. I appreciate them not sending a broken crib to my room but it would've been nice to have been notified rather than to wait until I called and reminded them I needed a bed for my baby. Need to double check my statement next month to make sure they refunded the fee.
