Felt like a bait and switch when the website gave me a Tesla Model 3 as the example of the car that would be available and then it turned out to be a Chevrolet Bolt with over 35k miles. The Bolt turned out to be a pretty good car, just not in the same category as a Model 3. The price was too good to be true in the first place so I should have known, I just don't like the bait and switch. The interior screen had big streaks on it and the Bolt takes forever to charge but the rest of the experience was pretty good.Reviewed Aug 13 2026

The rental process was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was clean-ish some stains and wrappers but that’s okay, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my long-distance move from Florida to Texas. Pickup and drop-off were easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and the car was comfortable and reliable throughout the trip. I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30. Car was not available on pickup time. No intimation. No substitute vehicle provided. Instead forwarded to another location that did not maintain price offered. Hide fees, I was over charged, they charged me for 8 passengers van, at the moment of the pick up they didn’t have any available, anyway I was charged the full amount, also they add coverage that I did not request to the van, I called during the trip to notify about the coverage that I didn’t add and tolls “they said was fixed”, at the moment of the return, looks like they didn’t fix anything and are charging me the full amount of money, they are saying nothing can be done, very disappointed.Reviewed Jan 5 2025
