I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30. We have to no idea why we were still on the plane and that stage. However, the gentleman was very helpful. Gave us a car which was extremely comfortable and reliableReviewed Oct 22 2025

Car was not available on pickup time. No intimation. No substitute vehicle provided. Instead forwarded to another location that did not maintain price offered. Hide fees, I was over charged, they charged me for 8 passengers van, at the moment of the pick up they didn’t have any available, anyway I was charged the full amount, also they add coverage that I did not request to the van, I called during the trip to notify about the coverage that I didn’t add and tolls “they said was fixed”, at the moment of the return, looks like they didn’t fix anything and are charging me the full amount of money, they are saying nothing can be done, very disappointed.Reviewed Jan 5 2025

Initial impression was not good. Signage posted on rental counter that stated a $450 cleaning charge for many normal situations. Signs said, NO SAND, NO PETS, etc… I get the no smoking, but it’s Florida. There’s sand. Then when we went to the assigned vehicle (luxury car) it was super dirty with hair and gunk all over the inside as well as a broken windshield. Of course no damage was noted on the paperwork. Super friendly and helpful employees. Zero complaints there, just a failure on the cleanliness and condition. Not terrible. They got us a different car quickly.Reviewed Nov 14 2024

This location was offsite from the airport and did not have a shuttle service. The location itself is an auto garage and does not look like the typical budget rental car location. I still have not received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed after returning the vehicle so I’m reserving my full review until I know if I was unnecessarily billed for anything.Reviewed Apr 6 2024
