Pros:Pick up and drop off were very smooth, no huge hold placed on my card, covid precautions were good.Cons:Rented a Nissan Frontier-pick up truck, it was pretty base model and not the most comfortable vehicle. Didn't even have a remote entry fob, had to unlock with a key. Was like a car from 1994.Reviewed Aug 5 2020

Best ever rental car experiencePros:Our trip plans changed due to an illness in the family and we had to fend for ourselves instead of relying on extended family for transportation. I tried to modify an Enterprise reservation to start earlier, but they "had no cars." I found a good deal in a few seconds thanks to the Kayak app. I took the hotel shuttle to the airport and completed the reservation during the ride. The paperwork was ready when I walked in and I was given an upgrade. I chose a beautiful car with less than 3K miles on it. Having this car made the whole trip easier. When returning to the airport, the agent took us back to the terminal entrance to save us a short walk with our bags. It was fast friendly and exceeded my expectations in every way.Reviewed Aug 23 2016

Pros:I had been experienced bait and switch with a different car rental office the night before, so wasn’t really feeling too confident about going elsewhere. However, my husband and I were pleased with the customer service at Alamo and appreciated they had cars available for rental.Cons:I had to pay $501 for 2 days of rental. Pros:These were some of the nicest people I have worked with! When traveling, you can be stressed and want your experiences to be quick, painless, and stress free! I cannot say enough nice things about my experience! I walked in, got my car in about 3 minutes, and drove off! My drop off was just as fast: pull in, take your luggage out, and walk away!Reviewed Mar 30 2016
