Pros:drop of was very easy and very friendly. And accommodating .They credit back the gas charge that was added by mistake.Cons:car I picked up in Glendale branch was very dirty I don t think they went through it at all . they gave us a car without a carwash. and half a tank gas!!!!!in this time of COVID we had to sanitize the car completely I had to get the car otherwise would not go with it! and enter data correctly so the customer does not have to go through the hassle of getting charges reverse.Reviewed Dec 16 2020

They always have my reserved car.Pros:For a few bucks less I had rented through Enterprise in Glendale to only find they don't have any cars after reserving online days earlier. Then when a car finally is available Enterprise hits the renter with the hard sell on insurance like they were selling aluminum siding. Budget always has the car I reserved, the manager is the smart and sweetest guy in the world, and they never try the hard sell.Reviewed Jul 15 2018

The price you book isn't the price you payCons:Was quoted a figure for booking the car for 2 days after much research. When I arrived at the car rental, the guy kept talking about all these extras that must be taken out with the car (not even optional) and eventually ended up paying DOUBLE (yes double!) the price originally quoted!
