5,0 Okay
Pros: This hotel had all the standard amenities that you expect from a 3 Star rating hotel, so I guess that was the only thing I liked about this hotel.
Cons: Yes, the location was secluded behind Home Depot and was hard to find and get to. My brothers stayed here on a different day, and they had the same problem that I did, as far as finding it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From office lady that works late ar night. She is wonderful.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to camp for the game
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean, nice breakfast.
Cons: Was a little difficult to find. For such a large room it could use another chair or a small couch. No comfort on bed. No drinking cups.
7,1 Good
Pros: Clean & good location
Cons: Heard every step of the guests above us. Was a 2 night stay & housekeeping came early in the morning & we were still asleep. Once we were up & we were going out for a few hours asked the front desk staff to have them come & put fresh sheets & fresh towels & she checked to see if they were still on property. She said they were & she would leave them a note to go to our room. Needless to say we came back & no one went to our room.

Pros: Very clean
Cons: Noisy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice. Great value.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit lacking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The kindness of the staff (Selina checked us in on Sunday night, 10/20) - my elderly mother had a medical emergency earlier that day which had us at the ER for most of the day. She declined being kept overnight on heart monitor and I did not want to get back on road for 3 1/2 hour road trip so this hotel was closest to the hospital in case she needed to get back to the ER quickly. Selina allowed me to park my vehicle under the overhang in drop off drive next to lobby, and found us a room convenient to elevator in case I needed to get my mom out quickly. Selina was very kind. The hotel lobby and bar area were very clean, and I appreciated the citrus water in the coffee area as I was quite dehydrated myself. Big rooms with modern decor, better than expected bathroom, much better value than expected for a hotel like BW.
Cons: The ONLY thing that was disappointing was that the TV remotes they use do not have a guide feature to let you scroll through available channels, and we had to ask for printout of what channels were available. We would have assumed guides are standard on all hotel TVs/remotes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Not run down.
Cons: For the discounted price they stuck me in a handicap room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast!
4,2 Okay
Pros: Close to our event
Cons: We booked a 2 Queen bed room for 4 adults and when we checked in all there was a king room with a full size pull out couch. Have never had this happen before! I was very upset and frustrated bc this was for my 75 yr old parents and us. Not a comfortable stay at all. They have done this before at this hotel I heard.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Good shower/water pressure, plenty of towels. Tasty breakfast in clean well serviced breakfast room.
Cons: Room could use better lighting. Walls very thin, could hear people talking in normal voices next door.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable n staff were friendly
Cons: Bedsheets stink of urine, possibly cuz we were put in a handicap room...??? Hallways were also too warm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms, better than your average hotel room. Hotel itself is very beautiful and everything looks new. Very friendly staff. The breakfast that's included is what I would consider a full breakfast not just continental breakfast like most offer.
Cons: I cannot think of a single thing about this hotel that I disliked or would want to change.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was laid out such that it was easy to pick out what you want.
Cons: All was good no complaints

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: The front desk employee working Friday and Saturday morning left a sour taste in our mouth. She was rude and didnt help at all. We asked if there was more towels and all she said was that the hotel was out of towels. She was a horrible attitude with all costumers.

Cons: Unless you are out of room before 11 am you miss out on daily housekeeping and have to request towels when you return that evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious room, friendly staff
Cons: Less convenient to where I was working in town, at the back of a giant parking lot. On check out, there was a mysterious $0.01 balance that prevented me from getting a receipt, and the guy at the desk couldn't fix it (or accept 1 cent in cash to fix it).
6,7 Good
Pros: Size of room, clean; breakfast ok
Cons: Thin walls heard people upstairs all night. TV small for room, channel guide all wrong and hotel offered no help, no on demand movies, pillows were awful.

Pros: The room has a fully functional kitchen separated from the bed area. Felt like living in a nice studio apartment. The staff was very helpful. Nice evening snacks in the lobby, music in the lobby rather than TV news
Cons: I am gluten intolerant and cannot eat bread, bagels, and waffles. I would have liked to have had real oatmeal without added sweeteners rather than instant oatmeal with sugar and maple syrup.

Cons: The room was not well lit. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the chilly room. There was loud music playing in the courtyard right outside my door.
7,0 Good
Pros: yogurt, waffles, fruit
Cons: Toast (cold). Didn’t seem like much food. To be fair, it was a Continental breakfast, not meant to be a big, full meal. With that in mind, it was adequate. One morning the staff didn’t show up to provide breakfast. Can’t blame that in the hotel, I’m sure it’s very hard to keep good staff.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Good room and location. Breakfast staff did not show up, so no breakfast, though reservation included breakfast. Major problem because we had whole family including grandparents with us for graduation weekend. Staff was pleasant enough but simply said sorry, “breakfast person didn’t show up.”. They promised us a credit on our bill, but there was simply no excuse or way to make up for NO breakfast.
6,0 Good

7,0 Good
Pros: Nice and clean, nightly staff very nice, day staff not so much.

5,8 Okay
Cons: The service. And was only able to get cereal before they picked up the breakfast and charged $20. Horrible experience won’t be back.
5,0 Okay
Pros: A little confused about the pricing for buffet , no where does it say $5.00 says 10 only, we had to ask. The rest of my family ate elsewhere because of this confusing issue. My husband and I did eat, but the food was cold. Coffee was great ! Beds are too firm. And my shower dripped all night after using it.
Cons: Same as above.

Pros: The provided breakfast was good. It was located close to where I was working at for that week.
Cons: The bath tub was very slippery I had to hold on almost the entire time as I was showering so I wouldn't fall. The floor in the room felt uneven and it makes cracks noises when you walk throughout the room. The pool and whirlpool area were out of service of the days during my stay.

Cons: We've usually stayed here for the last 7 or 8 years. Only missed a couple of times. Due the hotel being booked up. As soon as they give us a Family Reunion dated we will be booking it again. We always enjoy staying here. I need the full kitchen to cook for our family reunion.
9,0 Excellent

Pros: It’s location and the rate.
Cons: I didn’t care for the size of the bathroom it was entirely too small and the orientation of the room was very weird. Either put a tv in the living room portion of it or center it between the beds.

Pros: Great hotel and staff

10,0 Excellent
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got there late and the staff was great and the room was clean which was what we needed! Nice big shower too!
Cons: Nope, liked it all.

Cons: It was a beautiful hotel the only thing I did not like was that I did not have a tub in my room. Whenever I rent a hotel room one of the perks for me is to take a hot bath.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly upon me arriving and leaving.
Cons: I loved everything.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff!!
Cons: N/a
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was really comfortable. The amenities were good and the staff very nice.
Cons: The walls are paper thin, so when the hotel was crowded it felt like I was in a bunk house. Heard all the conversation and all the snores. Music piped in by elevators can be heard in rooms near elevator. Breakfast buffet was not great.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: The bar and restaurant were not open
9,0 Excellent
Pros: newer hotel in very good condition.....professional and helpful staff....clean comfortable room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was awesome!!
Cons: I will say the lobby and halls did not smell clean. I was a bit nervous and thought I had made a bad decision. Entered hotel and the very poor smell of the lobby hit me. When I got to my room I knew it was a great decision. 1st impressions are important.
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice and clean, nightly staff very nice, day staff not so much.
Cons: We asked for coffee cream in the lobby and they told us they we out, but when we were leaving the coffee cream tray was full. I didn't understand why they didn't wanted to give us any cream.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Although the staff were friendly, it took me almost an hour to check in because there was only 1 person working and then it took not once, but THREE times to get the correct room. I had to haul all of my items up and down the stairs because they gave us the wrong room. The walls are ridiculously thin. I can hear the neighbor’s entire conversation & couldn’t get any rest because of all of the noise heard in the hallway and from my the neighbor who snores excessively.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and clean property .
Cons: Lunch and dinner menu could be use more options.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great I really would like to come back to.
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Area was kept clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly
Cons: The carpets were always in need of sweeping.
1,0 Poor
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Even though I had made prior arrangements, I waited for 30 minutes to be checked in. The 'waiting area' chairs were absolutely filthy. The room was freezing cold and the heater took over an hour to slightly warm room and there was not an blanket on the very uncomfortable bed to maintain body heat. The guests above were obviously having a party and were up and stomping on the floor above us all night. NO MANAGEMENT MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO MANAGE GUESTS. The location is inconvenient and the parking area is too tight with one way in and one way out. Not good for a handicapped person attempting to get out of a parking spot. The back of the toilet was completely in 2 pieces on the top. Very NASTY. I had even called in advance of my stay and asked if there were microwaves and mini fridge's in the rooms and the girl who answered the phone said that 'she did not know and could she place me on hold to find out, after 5 minutes she came back on line to say that yes, they had both'. When we got to the room, the fridge was not even plugged in. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REST.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and updated furnishings.
Cons: Didn't like the start time of complimentary breakfast offered. Didn't start until 7:00AM. Most complimentary breakfasts start at 6:30AM. We had to leave both mornings by 6:45AM and were not able to use this service/benefit.
7,0 Good
Pros: New and Clean.
Cons: The staff was new and rather rude. Threatened to cancel my reservation when I interrupted her once. I had 2 reservations and they accepted one, but gave a headache on the 2nd. When I interrupted her she said,"Do you want me to cancel this rooms sir?"
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Customer Service and cleanliness.
Cons: No.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The hair dryer did not work - would suggest you have a spare one at the front desk to let your customers use so you have a back up plan.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: New and spacious room
Cons: some breakfast items were not refilled quickly
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: Previous guest's clothes were left in room. We requested a new room and noticed keys and a cup left from someone or from staff hanging out in the room. Beds were made but room had not been cleaned in quite some time. A very unclean/gross experience.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good price for nice comfortable room. Bathrooms adequate
Cons: Bathroom towels were very thin, cheap material Toilet paper, Kleenex were single ply, probably because the hotel is “green” and potentially using recycled products
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Value
Cons: Beds were small (but they were comfortable).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, nice bed
