Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and unique location, describing it as picturesque, historic, and tranquil. The breakfast selection and dining experience were also highlighted positively by several guests. However, there were repeated concerns about the quality of service, with some guests finding the staff unhelpful or poorly trained, especially during busy periods or special events. Room size and cleanliness were also common issues, with reports of small, tired rooms and cleanliness not meeting expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the location and atmosphere remained standout features for most visitors.
