Pros (+) Super-friendly staff. Their local knowledge was really helpful to us. The new menu was absolutely delicious! The hotel is undergoing refurbishment but their efforts to minimise disruption is really appreciated - we barely noticed and didn't hear a hammer or drill when we were there, but did see one or two workmen.
Cons (-) The bed was very firm but the staff were very friendly when approached and gave us another duvet without any hesitation.
