Pros: It was a pleasure to stay in an older hotel that had the old school charm but was still updated, clean, and well-crafted.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Kim is incredible! Great people and great hospitality!
Cons: Too close to the skiing so it made it easy ;)
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Off the bat, the staff at the Nordic Inn were very friendly and helpful. They gave many suggestions for what to do in town and how to navigate it, as it was very crowded this weekend in Crested Butte. The hotel itself was clean, the room was relatively large, and the common areas all felt very homey. Breakfast, although basic, was enough to keep me fueled for a day of riding. It was also a plus that they were dog friendly! We and our pup really enjoyed our stay here.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at the Nordic was great. Room was always clean and an amazing view. The staff always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and their recommendations were always great. The Nordic was also close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.
8,0 Excellent

Pros: Staff was great. Very convenient to ski and the shuttle picks up right outside to get to town
Cons: Bed wasnt very comfortable. There was construction right outside our window, couldnt sleep past 6am. I dont feel as though you should have to pay for parking if you are staying at the hotel.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The King sized bed was comfortable and the room was accommodating. Created Butte is beautiful, and the proper and good is great.
Cons: The A/C didn't seem to be working. We left it on our entire stay and it rarely made the room cooler.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed this place. I paid just over 100$ for a clean room, AC that worked well, helpful staff (former ski instructor gave me a key tip for skiing powder,) right by the resort bus stop, by the grocery store, liquor store, and movie theater. The shower head pressure was nice. The breakfast was nice enough you won't consider eating elsewhere. They put out cookies in the evening. Lastly, a dog comes to work with an inn keeper and he's awesome. In short, you're an idiot to stay elsewhere.

4,5 Okay
Pros: Its a pretty nice place, but you are paying for it. That said, several issues...
Cons: TV did not work properly, many channels were fuzzy. The pool is a small, strangely shaped indoor attempt at a pool. The indoor hot tub was not working, and directed you to the outdoor hot tubs. They were not working either. NO AIR CONDITIONING and the rooms got HOT.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Slope side. Ski in ski out. Great Spa. Room was nice.
Cons: Children running in hallways. Snow cat machines were loud at night at times
4,0 Okay
Cons: The front desk cloak "couldn't find" our reservation and tried to charge us more for the room. We were placed in a room that had clearly been smoked in when we requested a non-smoking room. When we asked to be moved to a different room, we were met with a very poor attitude and the second room was filthy. The floor was covered in a sticky substance and smelled equally as bad. When we complained the next morning, the staff offered no apologies for the multiple issues. Will never stay here again.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel and dog friendly.
Cons: Delayed check in till almost 6pm bc the rooms weren’t clean. Also, both outdoor hot tubs were broken.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Excellent in all areas, I could not get your previous survey scale to work...

3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Location, use of bikes.

9,1 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel a few minutes outside of downtown Crested Butte. Clean, modern rooms and a very friendly and helpful front desk.
Cons: Dogs are allowed so you may hear some barking.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The grand was literally steps away from the ski lifts and adventure park. There are restraunts and a liquor store steps away. I overall enjoyed my stay, the only thing I have to say is that the carpet in our pet room was kinda filthy. But it is a pet room.
7,4 Good
Pros: The view pool hot tub and beds nice to have a kitchen
Cons: We are used to a/c so a little uncomfortable
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was VERY HOT. Hotel has no air conditioning. Our room was overlooking the equipment vents etc from the restaurant and if we opened it there was lots of noise.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: What a great place! Awesome city, shuttle from the hotel to the artsy city, wonderful, clean, comfy room!
Cons: No breakfast included in cost.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Grand Lodge has all the accommodations to stay and play or is within walking distance of other options. If you want to head down town, the free CB bus stop is within feet of the property. Would DEFINITLEY stay there again!!!
5,7 Okay
Pros: Closeness to the mountain
Cons: The restaurant Or staff there was terrible and couldn’t handle a busy crowd. Never once were able to be seated. Front desk staff often had no answers for questions and were unable to help.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location is good, especially easy to walk to the venue for the music festival events. Plenty of hot water, room was clean and spacious. Kitchenette was very handy.
Cons: Pool area too small to accommodate the number of people, especially children, staying at the hotel. Hot tub spa was allowed to get "murky", they weren't treating it heavily enough for the number of people using it (including children who are NOT supposed to be in it). Not enough umbrellas in the pool area . Food delivery time in the restaurant too long: we were 2 of 4 people in the restaurant and yet it took them an hour to fix a pizza. (Pizza was good though.) Servicing the room was spotty. Some days it didn't look like they even stepped in the room. Coffee pot had to be replaced twice to get one that worked. The hairdryer never worked and no replacement could be found. First floor room was convenient but loud and had no privacy as the windows were right on the parking lot. Apparently there is no sound insulation in the hallway walls. The automatic door closers on the room doors from the hallway bang the doors closed very loudly and some guests talked very loudly in the hallways, even until 1 am. I wouldn't stay there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the grand Lodge. Very spacious room and friendly staff.
7,7 Good
Pros: Location, on bus route
Cons: Restaurant/bar wasn’t open in the evening, no towels at pool for 2 days
5,1 Okay
Cons: The room was stiflingly hot!
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Nice view, suite was spacious, bed was comfortable, transportation to town was convenient, easy walking distance of ski lifts, temperature not a problem in early September, staff was helpful
Cons: pillows were uncomfortable - thick and not very pliable

5,7 Okay
Pros: Attentive, friendly check in host. Location excellent. Restaurant excellent. Historic, charming, oldest hotel in CB. I wondered if our room, (all rooms above the saloon/very good restaurant) is where Rocky raccoon told doc it was just a scratch
Cons: Probably worst hostel style accommodation I have ever experienced, domestic or abroad. Could use full set of sheets on both twin beds, well as bottom sheet that did not completely come off mattress within minutes of sleep.

6,5 Good
Pros: The high rating threw me off a bit. Remember it is still a 2 star hotel. Room were clean, shared bathrooms needed some maintenance but they weren't horrible. For a hostel, it was nice. Pet fee of $30 is a bit outrageous but we knew that going in. Overall, ok place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.
