7,9 Good
Pros: nice decor, great cookies and wine.
Cons: no TV in rooms, large group of women hogged upstairs and downstairs lounging areas.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming place and great staff, great breakfast and very accomodating
Cons: Not having a TV monitor (Cable not needed) as most people could just use their Netflix ,Amazon prime account, etc as sometimes is nice to relax at night after a fun but exhausting day.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, the breakfast was lovely.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, nice breakfast offering, all-day hot tea, cookies and wine in the afternoon, great fireplace!
Cons: Very small queen bedroom, but it was doable.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to town center. Friendly staff. Available parking. Fresh fruit for breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the friendly staff, fresh squeezed OJ, and evening wine. Very strategic location to stroll onto Elk Ave.
Cons: The hotel room hallways radiate from an open atrium and lounge where the breakfast is provided and the lounge hosts the TV. With a lot of people and especially kids staying at the hotel, it can be pretty noisy in the morning between the footsteps and voices. Suggest getting a room at the end of a hallway, farthest from the open area. The rooms are very small and tight. European style, but do have everything you need.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy European feel. Easy walking distance to Main Street. Friendly staff. Room was clean.
Cons: Matress was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.
5,8 Okay

Cons: room was a little hot
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint B&B with great open social space next to fireplace. Nice room. Very helpful staff with great recommendations on places to see in the area around Crested Butte. Breakfast was continental and was hoping for a more robust and warm breakfast.
Cons: Only that breakfast was disappointing! At a B & B most people would expect a better hot breakfast!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the owners and the location the best.
Cons: Not that stands out. I guess there is some criticism about not having TVs, but you are in Crested Butte, you don't need a TV.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The location being so close to town
Cons: The staff lied to us about a second night booking and charged us even though we did not stay and gave a notice by 9 a.m. that morning very unhappy about that. Everyone in the staff had an excuse and a different excuse to why they would not return our mone

Pros: Location and staff
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautifully quaint decorated rooms with a boutique feel. Breakfast comes included, basic but good. Love the wine tasting and living room area.
Cons: Water tap broke in the shower and water was running all night. Couldn’t get hold of management. They were very apologetic the next day and refunded us for the room. Much appreciated!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful/well maintained Inn, both inside and out. Staff was very helpful and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Cons: No mini fridge in room, but we knew that when we made the reservation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a pleasure to stay in an older hotel that had the old school charm but was still updated, clean, and well-crafted.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Quaint Inn with super friendly staff.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really friendly
Cons: Nothing bad
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good Location, nice small property, nice continental breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute and clean
Cons: When we first arrived the front desk was not very friendly, weird vibe. Second day the gentleman with an accent was lovely.
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and check-in & dining areas were cozy.
Cons: The rooms are in an updated motel-style building. While the interiors were updated and sheets were clean, there wasn't anything too fancy about the room. I had expected it to be a cozy, mountain-chalet type of room. The place was also further away from downtown Crested Butte than I expected, requiring 5-10 minutes of drive. Breakfast was basic and consisted of cold hard boiled eggs, bagels, toasts, oatmeal packets, cereal, etc. For the price, I would have preferred to stay at a smaller place in downtown Crested Butte with better breakfast or Holiday Inn Express in Gunnison, CO.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute little hotel! No complaints here-- clean, convenient to everywhere we wanted to be, and adorable! Super friendly staff as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern rooms, walk to the slopes, affordable, very friendly staff, free breakfast
Cons: Hard to find any faults with this place. My only issue was a broken lamp.

7,0 Good
Pros: Great locations and very friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty. The beds were comfy. Walking distance to downtown Crested Butte.
Cons: Property is somewhat dated and could use a refresh.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and hotel for a low key few days on Crested Butte. Quiet, clean, friendly staff with great local knowledge. A few hundred feet from the mountain shuttle, and from grocery store and coffee. A few blocks from downtown.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed this place. I paid just over 100$ for a clean room, AC that worked well, helpful staff (former ski instructor gave me a key tip for skiing powder,) right by the resort bus stop, by the grocery store, liquor store, and movie theater. The shower head pressure was nice. The breakfast was nice enough you won't consider eating elsewhere. They put out cookies in the evening. Lastly, a dog comes to work with an inn keeper and he's awesome. In short, you're an idiot to stay elsewhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the ski resort with a shuttle to the resort at the corner by the lodge, comfortable and pleasant, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom was tiny and the room needed more light, but it was not a deal breaker.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good... had lots to choose from. Location was OK... we still had to use the car to drive down into downtown but it was very close.
Cons: I thought the room was pretty hot when we first went to bed but got cooler toward morning finally. We were all awakened at 3:00 am when the smoke alarm starting saying that it needed a new battery.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: All OK
Cons: No hot breakfast selection
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, easy access
Cons: Grab bar in bath tub\ shower
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice homestyle touch with breakfast!
Cons: Beds a bit uncomfortable, and room had stuffy air. Did not like the night light in bathroom, the light was low but enough to not keep the room dark enough to sleep properly.

Pros: The hotel is new and well designed, with all of the amenities I'd expect but wasn't there long enough to use. Full size kitchen, laundry in room, nice beds...exactly what you'd expect in a ski town.
Cons: Parking not included in the rate.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay at this amazing facility. It felt like our home away from home.
7,0 Good
Pros: Large rooms, good location
Cons: The hotel only services their rooms ever other day , but we were not told about this at check in. I requested someone to clean the room at 5pm and the reception told me that someone would clean the room when we were out a dinner . On our return the room had not been cleaned.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
8,5 Excellent

6,3 Good
Pros: The workout room was nice.
Cons: The very loose toilet seat; the dust on the furniture, and overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable
Cons: I would have liked a nice restaurant
6,7 Good
Cons: There was no communication ahead of time that it would be $20 a day for parking. Once arrived I was directed to "free" parking but upon arriving there all signage said no overnight parking. All violators may be towed. Also it was an empty lot, not well lit and not safe at all.
7,4 Good
Pros: The place is nice enough. Beds are comfortable.
Cons: The 2 hot tubs are placed by themselves outside. It feels a little awkward. The rooms seem to need a little maintenance. There was no air conditioning, so the room was on the warm side. We ran the ceiling fan and kept the patio door open while sleeping to compensate. Our DVD player wasn't hooked up and there were no cables. We had a movie, but couldn't watch it. At checkout, we told the staff. They acted somewhat concerned and told us to call next time for help, but it didn't appear a note was made to correct the problem in the room. The price was decent until they added the $20 parking fee per night and the $20 resort fee. With the extra $40, then the price seemed high.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern room and very clean. Everything seemed new/remodeled
Cons: It was a little confusing finding the main entrance and then having to take the elevator to the reception area
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Dog friendly
10,0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful staff, very clean hotel, great location
Cons: nothing
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The male bartender at the restaurant was extremely rude. The kitchen had closed at 9:00pm. It was 9:04pm I had explained to him that we had been hiking all day and hadnt eaten. He refused to ask the kitchen if they would make an exception. He also told us that we could get food anywhere else. I then went to the front desk and the gentlemen there proceeded to give me 3 deliver options. I work in a high end hotel and that bartender would not be working at my property for a fact.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very nice rooms. Staff was friendly.
Cons: You have to pay 20 a day for parking. There is a lot up the road you can park at for free, it’s a dirt lot. The pool was closed during our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Large rooms. Comfortable beds.
Cons: There was a 1 inch space under the main door to my room. My room was next to the entrance to the hallway for all the other rooms on that floor. I could hear every noise in the hallway coming through that 1 inch space under the door. Very irritating when you're try to sleep.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent. Very friendly. Offered great suggestions about getting around town and things to do.
Cons: Our room overlooked residential units next door. Children playing were a little noisy when we were trying to nap.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice and staff was friendly and mostly accomodating.
Cons: No hotel information about facility locations or services was provided. Restaurant ordering was only online and it was not user friendly and service was slow.

6,5 Good
Pros: The high rating threw me off a bit. Remember it is still a 2 star hotel. Room were clean, shared bathrooms needed some maintenance but they weren't horrible. For a hostel, it was nice. Pet fee of $30 is a bit outrageous but we knew that going in. Overall, ok place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.

6,0 Good
Pros: Room was laid out backwards - but is nice.
Cons: Plumbing maintenance was bad. Most of shower water was coming out of the bath faucet instead of the shower head. Then the tub barely drained. Left you standing in 8" of water. Place is old. I know what they charge for the winter months. Pay it back.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Nice hotel but clearly shows deferred maintenance...needs some renovation, but in a good location.
Cons: Staff is pleasant but incompetent and not particularly helpful. They charge a daily "resort fee" that is not justified by the quality of the offerings at the hotel. They cannot even get the basic "blocking & tackling" right, ie keep hot coffee in stock
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room met our needs for our short 2 night stay. 2 king beds, small kitchenette and a decent sized bathroom. Price was right. Staff was very nice. And the cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
Cons: Overall the room needs updating-still has popcorn ceilings, and the carpet is worn. The housekeeping team of guys did not clean our room-they made the beds and added some fresh towels but that was it.
6,0 Good
Pros: Size of room
Cons: Lack of hot water
1,0 Poor
Pros: Great hotel. Clean. Quiet. Nice location. Good price.
Cons: Resort fees. Man they are a bummer. Cut it out hotels. Just give us the price upfront.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The wife squealed with delight when she saw our room had a Murphy bed in it. And I just absolutely could spend entire days in front of the fireplace caught up in a book. We had an excellent time thank you very much!
Cons: Nope it was beyond our expectations. We would love to come back in the spring.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Free parking.
Cons: Price. The Grand is showing its age- needs some updating.
5,8 Okay
Cons: NO - soap or shampoo. NO - air conditioning (temperature in room throughout night was 77 degrees) NO - resort type amenities that you pay for (Restaurant,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and hotel is perfect. We really enjoyed the huge hot tub, outside and under the stars.
4,6 Okay
Cons: Lights in room were burned out. Outdated decor. Upkeep horrible. Breakfast buffet bad, but pricey. No menu ordering option was available. Needs air conditioning.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good for the money
Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner. Shower head was clogged

5,7 Okay
Pros: Attentive, friendly check in host. Location excellent. Restaurant excellent. Historic, charming, oldest hotel in CB. I wondered if our room, (all rooms above the saloon/very good restaurant) is where Rocky raccoon told doc it was just a scratch
Cons: Probably worst hostel style accommodation I have ever experienced, domestic or abroad. Could use full set of sheets on both twin beds, well as bottom sheet that did not completely come off mattress within minutes of sleep.
