7,0 Good
Pros: Overall the hotel was pretty good. The overhead music was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent.
Cons: Your restaurant/café situation is ridiculous. The ordering and paying over your cell phone caused me to go elsewhere for food and drink. Also, this is one of the first hotels that doesn't offer fresh coffee in the lobby.
7,5 Good
Pros: Walking distance to chairlifts was great! Ski valet was great! Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Should have a bit more in the kitchenette area to facilitate at least making our own breakfast and snacks. Full microwave/confection oven was nice, but not even a single Pyrex dish, cutting knife, wine bottle opener, drying towel, etc.; only 2 large plates, 2 small plates, 2 small bowls, 2 each of knife, fork, & spoons. Couch position didn’t make sense; couldn’t even watch TV when sitting on the couch. Housekeeping didn’t even speak any English. Website said check-out was 11:00, but housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:00. Luckily we were ready to leave. Not enough Jacuzzi’s on the weekend. Then one Jacuzzi not even working halfway through our stay. We will probably look for other lodging next time we come to Crested Butte.
7,5 Good
Pros: Right by slopes...
Cons: Dogs everywhere, in restaurants, elevators, all over hotel and I sent them a note on our reservation telling them I was allergic to dogs and cats. I could not stop coughing or sneezing. Itched my eyes out...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Don’t attend breakfast. The location was convenient. The prices were good. The ski storage was great.
Cons: Didn’t attend breakfast as it wasn’t free. The dinning room food is too basic. The log in ordering system did not allow me to register my Australian phone number. I didn’t get my room serviced because I didn’t need it. However I didn’t use my vouchers because of the restrictions on their use. They should be usable at the guests discretion. Not used in the window of after skiing on the day they are available.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to slopes, good food, very nice staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Restaurant, we did not enjoy having to use our phone to order our food. I feel the hotel need a nice restaurant. The waitstaff were courteous and helpful.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Ski in and out.
Cons: Weird on line restaurant ordering system. No waiters!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The ski in and ski out and the ski valet.
Cons: The valet. There is none. I had to park myself outside up a steep ramp that scrapped the bottom of my car going in and out.
7,4 Good
Pros: 9380 was close and delivery was good.
Cons: Rooms that were used were the least desirable location given to third party like kayak. I question whether I would use them again vs dealing directly with the hotel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great food, though I don't really understand the need (Or how to) to order on line
Cons: Nothing really, it wasn't perfect, no hotel is, but we are really happy with the property and staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff greeted you with a tasty beverage at arrival. Which was amazing after a 4 hour drive! It was our sons birthday and the staff at the restaurant was awesome and made him feel very special- Jose was the best! The ski lift was just steps away, so perfect for the family. Steam rooms, sauna and hot tubs were nice. Small pool but fine for our kiddos. Nice downstairs game room and space for the kids to enjoy. We will stay again!
Cons: The room was a great size for our family to stay. But the pull out bed was not great. Very lumpy and almost bent. Lucky our kids slept on it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice and staff was friendly and mostly accomodating.
Cons: No hotel information about facility locations or services was provided. Restaurant ordering was only online and it was not user friendly and service was slow.

7,0 Good
Pros: Have stayed there before and booked again based on prior visit being great. The shuttle bus is very handy.
Cons: Front desk staff was rude. Jacuzzi was lukewarm. Have not had these problems in the past - may not go back.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Big and spacious
Cons: Waited until after 5pm for room to be ready
6,0 Good
Pros: Room was laid out backwards - but is nice.
Cons: Plumbing maintenance was bad. Most of shower water was coming out of the bath faucet instead of the shower head. Then the tub barely drained. Left you standing in 8" of water. Place is old. I know what they charge for the winter months. Pay it back.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location to the Crested Butte ski lift.
Cons: WiFI was horrid. Rooms and Hotel are outdated. Lobby was freezing. Not many hangout places in the hotel. Restaurant and bar closed way too early at 8PM. Hotel restaurant could not accommodate gluten free diet allergy.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It is very close to the lifts and ski valet service is included.
Cons: The door did not close properly on its own. The door handle was difficult to operate and the bathroom sink drain was slow and gurgled.
6,0 Good
Pros: Size of room
Cons: Lack of hot water
1,0 Poor
Pros: Great hotel. Clean. Quiet. Nice location. Good price.
Cons: Resort fees. Man they are a bummer. Cut it out hotels. Just give us the price upfront.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The wife squealed with delight when she saw our room had a Murphy bed in it. And I just absolutely could spend entire days in front of the fireplace caught up in a book. We had an excellent time thank you very much!
Cons: Nope it was beyond our expectations. We would love to come back in the spring.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Although there is a restaurant on site, the small kitchenette allowed us to self-cater for breakfast, Skis could be left (Gratis) at the ski valet at the bottom of the base area - what a joy! Ample hot beverages (Gratis) available in the Hotel Foyer Reasonable swimming pool and parking
Cons: It was all good - nothing to improve
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Particularly good location. Especially appreciated being near transportation center which made it easy to get downtown and back. Very friendly and helpful staff. Having the gym and hit tub was great. Nice to have the in-room fridge.
Cons: Only minor ussues. My room was by an entrance door and it got noisy in the evening until just after 9 pm. Also, the wifi signal didn't extend to my room. Heat lamp timer in bathroom wouldn't shut off and very difficult to force the timer to move manually.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good room, clean and confortable. The slopes are right there and the bus stop to go downtown is next to the hotel. The bus is free so pretty convenient.
Cons: Breakfast was not included so it was a little disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and hotel is perfect. We really enjoyed the huge hot tub, outside and under the stars.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is new and well designed, with all of the amenities I'd expect but wasn't there long enough to use. Full size kitchen, laundry in room, nice beds...exactly what you'd expect in a ski town.
Cons: Parking not included in the rate.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay at this amazing facility. It felt like our home away from home.
7,0 Good
Pros: Large rooms, good location
Cons: The hotel only services their rooms ever other day , but we were not told about this at check in. I requested someone to clean the room at 5pm and the reception told me that someone would clean the room when we were out a dinner . On our return the room had not been cleaned.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The kitchen and laundry
Cons: Nothing
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything else. The arrogant frat boy staff should be fired. Asked for management, no response. This was our second stay. Last year, our room had a fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, fridge and all utensils and China. This year, our room was 508A, the extra room connected to room 508. No kitchen, no utensils, no china, no microwave, no fireplace - the pits. When we arrived, we were told that now, room service is every other day. I want a full refund.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the Lodge! Such a beautiful place and right where we wanted to be! Everything was perfect! Just steps from the lifts, dining and the bus to town! Veryyy pleased with the heated, private garage for the Lodge as well! Can’t wait to come back!
Cons: Didn’t not like anything! We thought the sliding barn window between the bathroom and bedroom was a little odd, but overall it was perfect!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Very convenient to ski and the shuttle picks up right outside to get to town
Cons: Bed wasnt very comfortable. There was construction right outside our window, couldnt sleep past 6am. I dont feel as though you should have to pay for parking if you are staying at the hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Returned to an unclean room after a day of skiing. When you pay about 800$ for a two night stay, your room should be freshened up during your stay (make the bed, replace towels if needed, replace the waters). I’ve stayed in over a hundred hotels and even the cheap motels 6’s would do this as a standard practice
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The King sized bed was comfortable and the room was accommodating. Created Butte is beautiful, and the proper and good is great.
Cons: The A/C didn't seem to be working. We left it on our entire stay and it rarely made the room cooler.

Pros: Location and staff
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the view, and being extremely close to the mountain.
Cons: The breakfast was simple with hard boiled eggs and cereal. Good enough to be quick and get you to the mountain faster. Coffee and tea and cookies available. Hardly worth complaining about!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a pleasure to stay in an older hotel that had the old school charm but was still updated, clean, and well-crafted.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Kim is incredible! Great people and great hospitality!
Cons: Too close to the skiing so it made it easy ;)
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Off the bat, the staff at the Nordic Inn were very friendly and helpful. They gave many suggestions for what to do in town and how to navigate it, as it was very crowded this weekend in Crested Butte. The hotel itself was clean, the room was relatively large, and the common areas all felt very homey. Breakfast, although basic, was enough to keep me fueled for a day of riding. It was also a plus that they were dog friendly! We and our pup really enjoyed our stay here.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really friendly
Cons: Nothing bad
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute and clean
Cons: When we first arrived the front desk was not very friendly, weird vibe. Second day the gentleman with an accent was lovely.
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and check-in & dining areas were cozy.
Cons: The rooms are in an updated motel-style building. While the interiors were updated and sheets were clean, there wasn't anything too fancy about the room. I had expected it to be a cozy, mountain-chalet type of room. The place was also further away from downtown Crested Butte than I expected, requiring 5-10 minutes of drive. Breakfast was basic and consisted of cold hard boiled eggs, bagels, toasts, oatmeal packets, cereal, etc. For the price, I would have preferred to stay at a smaller place in downtown Crested Butte with better breakfast or Holiday Inn Express in Gunnison, CO.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute little hotel! No complaints here-- clean, convenient to everywhere we wanted to be, and adorable! Super friendly staff as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern rooms, walk to the slopes, affordable, very friendly staff, free breakfast
Cons: Hard to find any faults with this place. My only issue was a broken lamp.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was awesome! They were so helpful and flexible.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast, what a pleasant surprise to see how many choices they had that was included.
Cons: The pillows could been a little softer, four pillows on the bed, maybe two soft and two firm, would have been better.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming place and great staff, great breakfast and very accomodating
Cons: Not having a TV monitor (Cable not needed) as most people could just use their Netflix ,Amazon prime account, etc as sometimes is nice to relax at night after a fun but exhausting day.

Pros: Loved the cookies in the afternoon!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, nice breakfast offering, all-day hot tea, cookies and wine in the afternoon, great fireplace!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love how guest mingle and visit around the fire in the evening with wine and cookies. We have met some awesome people here from all over the world. The owners are great, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious. An all around great value in a great town.
Cons: It can be a little bit noisy.
7,0 Good
Pros: All of the staff members, including the owners, were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. We enjoyed the quaint ski lodge feel of the building, the Keurig accessible at any time in the lobby, and the delicious breakfast. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance of the shuttle bus and downtown. And yes—the other reviews are right—the fresh cookies are so good!
Cons: The room was extremely small (much smaller than I expected or could tell from any photos or reviews) and it had paper-thin walls. We could hear everything, particularly early in the morning when people would hang around the lobby and talk during breakfast or walk up and down the stairs. I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it really made it difficult to get any sleep. It was so loud!!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming with large fireplace, plentiful breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. Comfortable general sitting areas & you can socialize if interested (good if traveling alone!). Super close walk to the bus stop to take bus to ski resort!
Cons: The queen bed sagged a bit - I tended to roll to the middle- could have been firmer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: charming place. the room was a bit small but not uncomfortable. staff was very friendly and accommodating. the cookies were OUTSTANDING. Happy hour was nice as well. The hotel is right next to the bus stop to the mountain so very convenient.

Cons: Matress was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.
7,0 Good
Pros: Great staff, clean rooms, great location!
Cons: room was a little hot
1,0 Poor
Pros: The location being so close to town
Cons: The staff lied to us about a second night booking and charged us even though we did not stay and gave a notice by 9 a.m. that morning very unhappy about that. Everyone in the staff had an excuse and a different excuse to why they would not return our mone

Pros: Perfect location and hotel for a low key few days on Crested Butte. Quiet, clean, friendly staff with great local knowledge. A few hundred feet from the mountain shuttle, and from grocery store and coffee. A few blocks from downtown.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed this place. I paid just over 100$ for a clean room, AC that worked well, helpful staff (former ski instructor gave me a key tip for skiing powder,) right by the resort bus stop, by the grocery store, liquor store, and movie theater. The shower head pressure was nice. The breakfast was nice enough you won't consider eating elsewhere. They put out cookies in the evening. Lastly, a dog comes to work with an inn keeper and he's awesome. In short, you're an idiot to stay elsewhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the ski resort with a shuttle to the resort at the corner by the lodge, comfortable and pleasant, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom was tiny and the room needed more light, but it was not a deal breaker.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was easy with good variety for a continental. The location was great for getting on the ski shuttle to the mountain.
Cons: I wish my room had a refrigerator. The heater fan was constant and some what loud.

Pros: Attentive, friendly check in host. Location excellent. Restaurant excellent. Historic, charming, oldest hotel in CB. I wondered if our room, (all rooms above the saloon/very good restaurant) is where Rocky raccoon told doc it was just a scratch
Cons: Probably worst hostel style accommodation I have ever experienced, domestic or abroad. Could use full set of sheets on both twin beds, well as bottom sheet that did not completely come off mattress within minutes of sleep.

Pros: Right by slopes...
Cons: Dogs everywhere, in restaurants, elevators, all over hotel and I sent them a note on our reservation telling them I was allergic to dogs and cats. I could not stop coughing or sneezing. Itched my eyes out...

Pros: Close to slopes, good food, very nice staff

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Restaurant, we did not enjoy having to use our phone to order our food. I feel the hotel need a nice restaurant. The waitstaff were courteous and helpful.
