Pros: All the staff members were extremely nice and helpful, ever since we walked in they greeted us and they were very welcoming. During breakfast the girls were great as well, it's a shame I don't remember anyone's name. It was literally a last minute booking, and I wouldn't choose holiday inn usually, but will come back just for the service.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Cons: The bed. It was not comfortable
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view, the bathroom looked amazing! Lots of room everywhere to put things and the staff were very plesent and helpful when we arrived.
Cons: There were a lot of red cords that were too long. If a room has been made up for more than 2 people then to have the correct number of mugs for the following morning. The air-con didn't work properly so it got very warm.

5,4 Okay
Pros: It was the smallest room in the hotel, with a broken 4poster bed which was repaired with screws stuck out dangerously and glue left running down the posts, the shower had to be repaired on the first night also all this for £93 a night, then £25 per couple for breakfast,we will not be back
Cons: On checking out we were told we could not leave in our car as once a year the access road to the hotel was closed for a street fair with notice given to the hotel ,which they forgot to tell us so we could have moved our car,we had to spend another day and night ,but not in this hotel

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable double bed.
Cons: The room was a family room and booked for 4 adults. The double bed was comfortable. The bunk beds were not. My 7 stone daughters top bunk sagged. The bottom bunk was squeaky and uncomfortable. It would benefit from tightening up and the slats looked at. Otherwise great place to stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is one of the highlights of a visit to the Royal Harbour Hotel, particularly the excellent honeycomb honey, which is extraordinary.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I paid for breakfast as an extra, but it included all the continental options as well as a lovely cooked breakfast of just the right size. I liked my room because of the view. Also like the snugs and the availability of tea coffee throughout the day in the lounges. the enclosed herb garden was also lovely.
Cons: i think they might need more staff at time. my first day i got back at 2 ish and they hadn't cleaned my room. I wanted to crash out for a couple of hours (and i did) - it wasnt a bit deal though.

Pros: We didn't have the hotel breakfast. Very convenient location - no hotel car park per se, but very efficient process for 24 hour parking in the local multi storey.
Cons: The 3am licence for the pub nearby was beyond the control of the hotel, but they ensured that our room was the other end of the hotel. The noise can be masked but putting music/ TV on low. We fell asleep quite quickly!
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location opposite the harbour and just up the road from the largest Wetherspoons
Cons: Due to the location it was very noisy in the late hours due to the bars around the area. We had to leave early to catch our train and there was nobody on reception to check out with, the chef from the cafe next door took the key card!!

7,5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and value for money
Cons: No where to park
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was excellent, the price was the cheapest, and for me being single, it’s ok. It’s very hard to find single accommodation.
Cons: I didn’t realise I had a shared bath, shower, but it’s ok, for the price. Breakfast could have been better, but again for the price, I’m still happy. I did think the radiator was on, and it was 30 degrees outside! So it was very hot in the room, would be good if they could fix this.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was very scruffy and dire. Lousy value for money
Cons: I’m shocked that a place so scruffy and lacking anything of clean comfort could be offered up on line. Having paid last minute we had no option but to stay - it was dire
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING. If you take a car don’t expect to park anywhere near the place. I ended up parking half a mile away and had to walk back. Tiniest sinking the world in my room which took 10 mins to drain the water away. Completely useless. Bed was a £50 metal frame kids bed. Not suitable to adults. Room was tired. Dirty and the whole place generally sad and needs work Walls are paper thin so was woken by next room at 6am talking. These are not rooms just areas mad into rooms by stud walls
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was OK..
Cons: It was a Tired Poorly Converted House.. In Desperate Need of Cleaning & Redecorating ... Our Room 3 Had No Draw space Inadequate Hanging Area.. & Bathroom... With No Room Service
6,7 Good
Pros: Locatiob
Cons: Hotel needs renovating. We had lower ground room all the window sill was rotted. Couldn’t move the window up or down. Bed springs very squeaky - and the bedknob fell off on one side.Asked to change pillow as coffee stain on it. Also when enquiring about the service asked if it was bed and breakfast. Upon arrival was told breakfast was extra. I think this should have been explained upon enquire. However had to leave early and cannot comment about the food.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean. Small but comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Good location.
Cons: It is basic. Fine for a short stay.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: The room was filthy lampshade covered in thick dust Been a leek above and ceiling all cracked and dusty No car park it was a free for all on the road noisy doors heard every one coming and going Was asked time of arrival via a phone call and no one there to meet us at the agreed time Tea and coffee not refilled in room
4,2 Okay
Cons: The place is a dump. All it needs is for the people who run it to have a little bit of respect for their guests, take a mop, a soap and clean the walls, fix the furniture, clean the windows. We were disgusted to stay here but had no choice. There's no parking either, you will struggle to find a spot.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is the only good thing.
Cons: Dirty room and ensuite. No WiFi despite it being advertised.
