Pros (+) The Ritz gets all the small details right. I would for sure stay at the Boston Ritz again. Every person we interacted with was kind and considerate. I highly recommend it.
Cons (-) Our faucet was leaky and there was no coffee or nespresso machine in the room despite their own website saying the room would have that. They offered to move us to a new room, but that’s a hassle over a very minor inconvenience.
