Pros: Before I arrived I received a message from the hotel saying that there would be very loud music until midnight. By then it was too late to get a refund so I went rather dreading the stay. However I needn't have worried as when I got there I had been upgraded to a superior room at the other end of the building from the wedding party, so I never heard a sound. Delighted with the level of customer care. The approach to the hotel still had the Christmas lights up and looked stunning.
Cons: Can't make any negative comments at all.

From arrival to departure our stay was absolutely perfect. Staff are welcoming and very pleasant and the food is of an excellent standard. I wouldn't want to recommend it too highly in case I can't get a room next time!! Couldn't fault this place plus the building itself is SO impressive.
Cons: Absolutely NOTHING!!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The setting, building, food and efficiency as we were attending a wedding.
Cons: The room and bed were small considering the price!
