Pros:
The staff picked us up at the Barrow train station and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. One person even guided us to our hotel as it was on his way home! Very over and above helpfulness.Cons:
We had booked a car large enough for our family and luggage, but the car available was too small. The staff placed us in a larger car that was very nice and worked well for us, but cost 100 GBP more. This was an unexpected expense but we did love the car.2,0 Poor
