Pros: The owners couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was great. The breakfast was brilliant and there was a wide variety of food on offer to crater for everybody's needs. The location is stunning with breathtaking scenery.

Pros: From dinner recommendations over the phone before even arriving; to a very warm welcome when we did arrive, there was no faulting this fabulous B and B. Beautiful rooms, with an amazing view, and the breakfast was top! Homemade breads and jams and fruit compotes, and the cooked breakfast made with love, down to the garnish at the side! And so delicious! Brilliant recommendations about what do do in the area as well as up and down the wild Atlantic way. This is really a standout B and B!

Pros: Everything! The room was cozy and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and both very clean. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, we arrived drenched from the rain and she took care of our wet clothes. The house is very beautiful and with a beautiful garden. There's plenty of parking for cars. Breakfast was great!

Cons: Bar service was extremely slow. The couple beside us in the bar waited almost half an hour for a bottle of wine. Overheard numerous people complain about the length of their wait.

Pros: The castle is fantastic, when you first see it on the drive up. Inside it is a little tatty at times (e.g. the bathroom).....but comfortable and a good place to stay for a night or two. We had dinner on the evening we were there, and that was great....with a great ambience (log fire, excellent service).

Cons: I thought it was a bit petty to ask for 10euro for each time we used the jacuzzi when we already paid to stay there for 2 nights and have dinner. The heating was a bit excessive overnight and we had to walk through the spa to get to our room which I would not recommend for anyone with allergies. The perfumes triggered fits of sneezing each time.

Pros: My partner and I had a 3 night stay in the hotel to celebrate Tracy's birthday. The hotel was beautiful and we where made to feel welcome once entering the foyer. It had great facilities on site which we used , overall a pleasant time away.
Cons: The first 2 evenings eating at the bar was a real good experience. Staff were fantastic at all times catering our every need ,very enjoyable in deed

Pros: The location was good. The bar food was excellent - definitely the best part of the stay. The room was spacious and had a table and chairs for us to sit at, this was very nice.
Cons: The shower head was leaking a little bit. The car park was small as most of the spaces were for the adjoining apartment block.

Pros: The room was, clean, warm and of a large size. Bed was very comfortable. Good facilities in the room. The bathroom was large, as was the bath. An adjustable height shower would have been better for me as I'm very tall, but for others would have been fine. The shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was of good quality and well prepared, plenty of breads and fruit available as well as cooked. Staff and owner were friendly and welcoming. Located only a flat 10 minute walk into town.
