Pros:Staff was friendly and knowledgeable...no up sells!Cons:The first vehicle brought out appeared comfortable but the tires were obviously worn. We were taking this vehicle across the country, thru the desert in 110 + degree weather. There should be better quality control on vehicles and their upkeep. The staff was very prompt and courteous in providing us with a better maintained vehicle.Reviewed Aug 29 2020

Pros:Staff at Victorville and LAX were nice and helpful.Cons:I wanted a Sedan but was given an SUV crossover which I did not want. Nobody explained to me what to do in case I ended up on a toll road. I tried to pay the toll online but because it was a rental I couldn't do that, so I have to pay an exorbitant price. Dropoff at LAX was disorganized.Reviewed Jul 29 2019

BolognePros:Avis cancelled my rental without give me any notification before my family's vacation because they did not have the vehicle in stock and they did not want to honor that price for a larger vehicle or something similar like a minivan. I feel that was unfair and it caused me a lot of inconvenience and extra money. It may have been that particular Avis but no matter what that is definitely poor service!Cons:EVERYTHING! I WILL NOT RENT FROM AVIS AGAIN!!!!Reviewed Jul 26 2017

Great service and more!!!Pros:This office went above and beyond helping me with my rental. Jackie was very personable and went out of her way to make me feel welcome while I waited for my vehicle to be brought up front. My truck was being serviced and I didn't know if it would be ready by the next day...this was only a 1 day rental. Jackie told me to come back the next day (by the same time I rented) and she would extend my rental at same rate. Of course my truck wasn't ready but Jackie saw me walking up and pretty much updated my rental and I was out of there in about a couple of minutes! :) Well my time with the rental ran out and had to return it but my suburban still was not ready ):< So Darren was awesome coming to the rescue and got me into another vehicle (CHEAPER) than my original one(rental). Finally got my truck back the next day and returned the car. This office and staff are very personable and knowledgeable and work very hard to make sure you are happy and properly taken care of. On a side note, even the attendant outside who cleans and cares for the vehicles before you as a customer receive them was outwardly concerned that I hadn't gotten my truck back. Great people who make this kind service a wonderful experience. Will absolutely be renting from them again.Cons:Though through no fault of their own, this location is a small one so there is no pickup/drop off service. Also no bathrooms for public customer use on site.Reviewed Aug 18 2016
