Cons:Complete waste of my time. I made the reservation and I literally walked to the rental place and was told I couldn’t rent with a debit card and also that they did not have any cars available for rent. I was stuck for 6 hours waiting for a friend to get into town to pick me up. I was also never reimbursed the insurance on the vehicle that i never even rented. Horrible experience and I will never use hertz or kayak to rent a car ever againReviewed Dec 28 2019

Great car and great rate, if you prepay.Pros:The rental, a Toyota Corolla, was a great car with low mileage. It was comfortable, had cruise control, and the air conditioning worked fine. The agents at the counter were friendly and acted in a professional manner.Cons:It was a bit difficult to find the rental office inside a car dealership.Reviewed Aug 30 2017
