MY booking was for Logan air port so when i got to logan I did not have a car i rented one there from Avis that cost me over 800 dollars for the week and had to pay a 100 dollar cancelation fee to avis for not picking it up a Norwood so i will not rent through you againReviewed Aug 19 2026

Wrong car not electric as stated. over charged, wrong pick up location. Car was was very dirty on outside. Charged extra for gas when it was fully fueled. Needed to pay for Lyft. No call back. Tom was very friendly. Other than that. A disaster of experience. Won't book again!Reviewed Mar 6 2025
