The Pool was close an hour earlier so I didn’t get the chance to check out the Pool.? The male bartender was great.
The confusion with driving into the hotel entrance that was closed off due to parking lot repairs which my the price I paid not up to standards and not being able to swim when I got back at 9 when Pool was posted for ten pm closure. It was changed due to Covid-19 but wasn’t posted.
Location was close to the water and trail and the bats on Congress.
The wall in the room had damage, the people in the room next door were loud, I’m not sure why everyone was packed so closely together during a pandemic, most amenities were not available but the charge for one night was still $220.
I had a river view room, and it was beautiful.
I didn't like that the microwaves are on every other floor, and the one on the 4th floor was dirty with food splatter. Those should be cleaned regularly, just like the rooms
It was along Travis lake. Got a view of the lake and it was great to see all the kayaker’s out
Not very many choices on the food menu but understandable due to COVID-19
I liked the hotel and the staff....just forgot about the COVID 19 issues and that everything inside the hotel would be closed so the stay was not as great as it would of been if the pool and the restaurants was available.
