Pros (+) An excellent location to visit the bats emerging from under Congress Ave Bridge at dusk. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious with an amazing view of downtown Austin.

Pros (+) Everything was great Staff was very friendly and helpful Our room was awesome and so was the view. Definitely coming back !!
Cons (-) Only a couple small things that I would have to say was the sink was plugged due to the little mount in the drain was disconnected, but they fixed it right away which was great !! And there was food left behind by the previous guests in our small fridge it's ok no biggie

Pros (+) Location was good. A walk to downtown and south congress.
Cons (-) Tv was broken, couldn't watch it. The bathroom was old feeling. Not what you would expect for $300/night.
