Cons (-) The cleaning lady came after 4 pm. Really annoying considering that we were out all day, and came back to a messy room to relax before going out again

Pros (+) Hotel decor was contemporary & swanky.
Cons (-) Hotel & pool area are overcrowded with 20-30 yr olds partying in Austin for the weekend. Spa is very disappointing. It was very obviously an afterthought. Bed linens were not what JW brand is supposed to provide - they were Courtyard level (check the tags!)
