Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access downtown attractions and events. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests finding their rooms comfortable and tidy. However, many reviewers were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues with staff professionalism, slow check-in, and problems with billing or communication. Parking was a common complaint due to high costs and limited options. Breakfast offerings also disappointed several guests, who found the advertised options misleading or overpriced.
