Ok Hotel with disinterested staff. Waited in valet line for 20 minutes only be told when we made it to the head of the line, that they were no longer accepting full size trucks so we would have to self park in the garage. Arrived at the garage which was jam packed bc they were only using half of it. It was a UT game weekend. Half the people in Austin drive a full size truck of some sort...why not ...

I was dissatisfied with the lack of a place to obtain necessities such as water and aspirin, and I was upset that it was not safe to walk in the streets surrounding the hotel without dealing with persistent, including one who followed us for several blocks. I will not stay here again.

Pros (+) I just stayed in a hotel in California that was in need of updates. Once I stayed here in Austin, I felt like I had a pretty good handle on what was missing in that last hotel. The appointments were very modern, and there were USB ports everywhere. Cons (-) The lobby was under construction, but that's not really a big deal. I'm assuming that most facilities have to look like that if they are going to modernize.
