Pros:I was able to get a car same dayCons:Just about everything. First car had rock damage to the windshield and I was asked to sign off on the existing damage to the car prior to inspecting. The entire facility is trashy and dirty. The worst part is the EZpass charge. Because of the EZpass charge alone, I will not rent from advantage againReviewed Sep 9 2019

Pros:Pick up was easy enough though it appeared the car hadn't been washed and there was what seemed to be melted chocolate on the passenger's seat which we didn't know until my husband noticed brown spots on the back of several shirts we wore during the trip.Cons:The drop-off experience was miserable. The drop-off lanes were completely full so there was nowhere to actually return the car. There was no Advantage attendant offering directions or instructions. Cons:Inspite of paying in advance and reserving a car. They were sold out and did not have a car for me. I had to make my own arrangements at 1 am and got an expensive rental last minute from other company.Reviewed Jul 29 2019

Pros:they were very helpful and for a change, was a very good experience.Cons:the only thing I find irritating lately is, that there is not enough advice and information given about tolls, and it seems that the only option is to hire an ex-pass, but it does not seem right, I am sure there must be a sight which you can look up if you are due to pay any toll ? Cons:I was charged an additional $130 for going 1hr over the drop off time. Was told I needed an ez-pass for $25 per a day (went through one toll $1.50 that I could have paid cash) . All the extras they told me I needed or had to have cost twice as much as the car rental. I feel like a sucker.Reviewed Jul 15 2019
