Pros (+) Desk clerks Sam and Emily are excellent PR people for Hampton. Each is welcoming, thorough, responsive to guest needs (my needs) and resourceful. Please put a commendation in their personnel files.
Cons (-) The bathtub in 227 has no safety strips now bathmat. I fell in the shower, unhurt but irritated that the floor of the tub was so slick!
