Cons: Fire alarms went off all night. Hot tub broke next morning. No food for continental breakfast.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is good and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: It took quite a while for the desk clerk to come to the desk even though I could see his foot in the doorway. My guess is that something was more important on his phone. He was not very pleasant and he smelled unclean. Also, the bathroom either needs to be updated and refreshed or thoroughly cleaned...the grout looks bad and the cleaning staff is not cleaning the dirt and hair out of the corners.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Kids really liked the water slide and pool area. Good breakfast and comfy beds.
5,0 Okay
Pros: That it had a fitness facility and breakfast.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The continental breakfest hours went until 10am, which was nice for us late sleeper.
Cons: I which it had a clothes line in the shower. When we were done with the pool we had to hang out swimsuits on the shower rod, and lay towels down to keep the floor dried.

Pros: The area is so quiet & close to Ellendale where my nephew plays football at Trinity Bible College. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was super clean.
Cons: Some of the staff was not so friendly, but others were so amazing and helpful that we would return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: my kids loved the pool area; the room was spacious and accommodating.
6,0 Good
Pros: Restaurant on site.
Cons: When I made my reservation, it said I was getting a 2 room suite. Not the case, just a standard room with 1 king bed. Was very disappointed as I was staying numerous days with my boyfriend.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location perfect for visiting my Mom.
Cons: The hotel is showing its age. Could use an upgrade or remodeling.
5,0 Okay
Cons: We have stayed at a lot of BW Motels and had a good experience but there was a lot of hallway noise here and the breakfast was not as good as most Best Western Motels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly, efficient staff. Pool area warm and clean. Am was comfortable for small children. I was surprised to see the hotel allowed food in the pool area, even allowing an entire birthday party. It was not a problem, just unusual.
Cons: Rooms are small by modern standards but recently remodeled and clean. Bathrooms are especially small but work fine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean
Cons: We were bummed that they only served breakfast until 9a on a Sunday morning and all the hotels I stay in on the weekend it was always until 10a. I would stay there again
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast available.
Cons: Rooms need updating a little
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and price
Cons: The elliptical was broke in exercise room. Front desk worker was crappy and did not demonstrate good customer service skills.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The highlight of the trip was the breakfast. Nice selection and lots of staff putting out food and taking away empty plates. The pool was also nice for little kids.
Cons: Other than the breakfast, the Ramkota is marginal at best. Unlike a lot of Best Westerns, this one has not been renovated for a long time. Our room was clean but showed signs of aging. The mattress was just o.k. (too soft) and they had all these small pillows none of which were comfortable to sleep on. Towels were not great. The service in their restaurant was horrible. Terribly long waits. The last night we had an appetizer dinner at the bar which came out right away. This was not the case during lunch which took forever. One of my bigger complaints was them allowing an activity in their atrium meeting space which lasted until 11:00 the last night we were there. Our room and several others surrounded that area and it was noisy as heck. Not a great think when you have a 5:00 am flight out of Aberdeen the next morning. Several of our family members had other problems with their room including air conditioners that were blowing out hot air. The staff at the front desk didn't offer an adjustment on the room rate for these folks. This is a "pet friendly" hotel which means pets can sleep in any room. Our daughter's room smelled like wet dog. Why they don't have designated pet rooms is beyond me. The large banquet room where we attended a wedding reception was very dark and the lights kept flickering. I was not impressed. If you fly in to the Aberdeen airport, this motel is about as far away from it as you can get. Granted, Aberdeen is a small town, but the location is not ideal. In short, the Ramkota is not a very good facility. Best Western needs to invest some serious coins to update and modernize the facility.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious as well!
Cons: My room had an outside door and there were some other guests hanging out in the parking lot that were being loud. Thankfully they went somewhere else before I was ready to sleep.

Pros: Nothing. I didn't expect much from a Super 8, but this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The front desk lady was rude and said our room might not be cleaned yet at 3:20 and that we could go check ourselves. It wasn't; so we came back around 4:30...
Cons: ...The room still wasn't clean but 5 people came out, the last one said she was almost done. There wasn't cleaning cart out side the Rm. When we went to use the shower there was black hair everywhere and pee on the floor. We left and stayed somewhere else
