I'm very happy with their customer service, the day before my first flight I received a phone call from Qatar's customer service saying that due to delays I wouldn't be able to make my connecting flight to Edinburgh so they would like to book me on another flight instead of me having to wait 24 hours in Doha. Pros: "This was a charter by BA. Airbus A320 with amazing legroom. Was slightly annoyed by them not having coffee ( to wake me up for the drive home) but I suppose I get why they weren’t serving hot beverages."

Pros: "I liked that we landed 30 minutes in advance for both flights to and back, compared to the other parallel flight via SAA which was delayed 2 hours when we arrived back."
Cons: "I didn't like the cheese roll I asked for as the whole roll and cheese was literally stuck to the bottom and parts of the bottom of the roll were mushy. The staff were professional but lacked personality and seemed a little hollow."

The overhead lights were covered in dust. So make sure you have some some type of cleaning wipes with you!! I do understand that I was flying economy, but that doesn't mean nothing should be cleaned."

Cons: "The way that my brand new suitcase was damaged on the flight and BA just said that handles are excluded from bag damage. Thus, they can do what ever they want with your bag's handles, manhandle it and not take any responsibility. My suitcase was clearly damaged by the way it was handled since i booked it in till i received it again and they just said sorry...there is nothing we can do for you!!! Now that is is poor customer service."

On London airport, I was sent back for the gate because I showed up early and they ask me to take care of the screen and wait for the gate #, when they showed the # , I went to the gate and was told my flight had left an hour ago and sent me back walking . I was wearing an orthopedic shoe, due to a toe fracture and i had to walk again all this long distance back to the terminal.!! British airway gave another flight and had to pay $279 dlls for a ticket to Madrid.2 hrs later. My flight was by Iberia and the service. was excelent. I wonder if the insurance , I bought initially will cover something of the $ 279 dlls ticket ? Fligth back to EUA was by AA and service was excellent"

Cons: "The seats on these flights are poor. As well as being narrow, there are bars on either side that dig in to your sides. My ongoing one hour domestic flight had more comfortable seats. Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed."

Pros: "Full flight which is to be expected flying in to Orlando. Badly done seating, I think every group was separated from at least one person in their party. Several people weren't given seat assignments until time to board, even if other people in their party were assignments seats when checking in. No ecplanaation of why. In flight entertainment was an older movie. No options, and no sound if you forgot your own headphones."

As a result, our (2) originally selected, opposing seats on the aisle were not available without a fight--which we declined to enter into--and settled instead for an aisle seat and an adjacent center seat."

Pros: "I was very impressed with the ease of check in and the very professional staff. One woman in particular stands out, she went out of her way to make sure everyone was satisfied. She even remembered my name after meeting me only once, and the flight was fully booked. I really liked the monitors at every seat and the choices of free in flight movies."
Cons: "My only complaint is that American Airlines has the very uncomfortable seats."
