It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

The flight was delayed dur to which I missed my bus from Chicago to Champaign.

The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.

I ended up paying $170 Euros for luggage for a 4 hour flight. Ridiculous. On top of the delay.

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

It was a nightmare. I booked business class ticket from Ediburgh to Beirut via Istanbul to attend a funeral. I had a wonderful experience flying to Istanbul from Edinburgh. Then I could not get a boarding pass issued to Beirut. It seems that although they booked me and I had a reservation number, I had no seat allocated and the flight was full. I was asked to go from one desk to another and made to wait for 2 hours. I missed my flight as I did not have a seat assigned and it was full. The only option was to put me on the next flight, 6 hours later, for a fee of over $400. They said that was the best they can do to 'help me' and to 'take it or leave it'. Well, I was not about to be bullied; I stood my ground. I booked and paid premium for the journey, which was confirmed. The eventually accepted to not charge me extra and i waited a total of over 8 hours in the airport with no compensation. On top of my grief with the risk of missing the funeral service, I had to put up with their indifference and condescending attitude. They spoke about me in Turkish thinking I would not understand (I hold a British passport) in front of me. When they eventually handed my passport and boarding pass back to me, I showed them I was born in Istanbul and that I understood everything and said a condescending 'thank you' back to them in Turkish. You should have seen their faces. I said that consumers have rights and it is a shame that Turkish Airlines does not have good customer service to at least acknowledge and apologize for errors committed by the airline. Blaming the me, the client, for such an error and placing unreasonable ultimatums, rudeness and dismissiveness to be rid of me, particularly when I was vulnerable and visibly grieving was really shocking... The airline taints the city of Istanbul and the people of Türkiye. Such a shame.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Boarding was smooth and efficient (no waiting on bridge and in plane). Flight crew was very much focussed on passenger comfort.

I thought that the seats in Economy were ok. The attendants were very nice all the time. But the pasta for dinner was pretty awful. I am not sure why the boarding cannot start earlier in such a big plane. It’s pretty lame to start boarding 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and then blame the delay on the runway traffic.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

The flight was wondering, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Will try to not fly with them again. Delays because of weather but got redirected to an airport where I could not make connection.

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.
