R6 033 Find Cheap Flights from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to South Africa – Compare and Save

Boarded in group three at Barcelona, which meant going from a gate outside onto a bus to ride across the airport to a plane waiting on the tarmac. When we arrived at the plane, crew behavior told us something was wrong. Bus driver would not let us off for almost twenty minutes, despite being crammed shoulder to shoulder. Eventually, we got onto the plane, but were then told that someone “forgot” to refuel the plane and the truck to do so had not arrived. We departed late enough that we missed our connecting train in NYC, which was the last train of the evening, so we had to stay awake all night in the passenger waiting area of Amtrak’s Penn Station, which was almost impossible to get to because the station was now closing, as it was after midnight. We had to haul four suitcases a few blocks on city streets in the rain to get to the one remaining open entrance to Penn Station. We ended up being up for 36 hours straight because someone couldn’t do their job. Never, ever again would I fly this airline.

Great : The crew was awesome ♥️ To improve : - The rice in the "Rice with chicken" was rather s kind of rice pudding, not good at all - No power outlet to charge your phone. 😒

Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.

This ticket was canceled and I did not find out until it was time to check in. I believe the vendor is at fault. Cheap tickets.com I would like to elaborate on the situation to kayak. Can you give me an email address?

The seats were way too crowded. Just because I do not have the luxury of a suite, does not mean that I want to fly from Austin to London scrunched between two people and the seat in front of me in my face. Ridiculous. I should have flown with Turkish Airlines...

Iberia schedules flights with short layovers in Madrid so many miss their flights. Also they lost our luggage twice - really a weak operation and will never fly with them again

The service was great and the people are professional. The service was excellent. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends.

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.

The seats are not comfortable if you are not tall.

Business class on British Air with the Airbus 320 means the same seating as main cabin ( 3 - 3), but with the middle seat of each three-seat row blocked off to become a platform/table. This is decidedly NOT a business class experience. Other aspects of the flight were fine.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more accomodating; however, the air-conditioning was broken in our section of the aircraft, leaving us feeling extremely cold and unwell on arrival in Johannesbury. The head sets were also faulty, causing difficulty when listening to announcements and entertainment.

Terrible, We experienced massive delays and then couldn’t book a hotel through the link provided, nothing was available. We then went to the airport the next day and experienced further delays, almost no communication was given. We had dinner at lunchtime and breakfast at midnight. We then landed in Jhb at 1am and had to book another hotel as our flight to durban was at 8am. The experience was painful and very expensive.

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The food was bad.

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!

Pilot kept us informed of status of slight delay. Much appreciated.
