Boarding was chaotic ,wish it was better orgnaised. Seating was comfortable , however food quality left much to be desired. Over all a great experience but with room for imporvement. The Dubai Delhi sector was terrible with poor seat pitch over crowded rack space , crew trying to put even laptop containing bags in to luggage even the waiting area was poorly kept - the dubai - delhi lap was extremly poor flying experience in all respects - the waiting area, the craft the seat pitch & the service quality. It is sad but this will make me look for other options when flying out of Delhi.
Ok Check in and boarding was horrible - every time 15 minutes delayed which was done 6/7 times Bags were delayed by 2 hours at Bali airport

Bus from gate to plane waited more than 30 minutes in a freezing temperatures of a/c. Plane temperature was very cold .

Air hostess crew was not around much to collect trash. They skipped me a few times on coffee and water. One time I was not give my drink, (sparkling wine) until I was done with my meal. I have no idea why I could not have received it on time. The flight was fine but the crew was rare to be seen except for food service.
Restrooms weren’t working properly. Food choices were too exotic.

Cons: "I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."

The staff was very inattentive, asked for wine before luch and after 30 mins the lunch came and i Asked about my drink and they said they gVe it to s else. As thing with tea after few hours, got the exact same reason from another gentlemen. It was a similar experience on my way to istanbul on sept 12th
Old plane, dirty bathroom, hot cabin, non-functioning entertainment system (on my seat). This was a pretty poor quality flight. The crew was really pleasant and helpful. There was a medical emergency and they responded really well. Just pretty miserable for 3.5 hours.
I was not woken up for my meal and then ignored when I woke up while they were serving the aisle behind me

Cons: "The aircraft departed and landed late. I then missed my next connection. The majority of the people working seemed to care but there was no general way to make the late arrival and missed boarding overcome with a plan. It seems it was more my fault than the airlines."

Pros: "Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions"

Cons: "Scheduling! We were 4 hours delayed after I had already had a flight cancelled that day. And this 4-hr delay caused me to miss my connection. Turkish did take good care of me in Istanbul, though it was a very slow process to get a hotel with them. Also, my bags missed the connection somehow."
