Cons: Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Cons: Both flights delayed which meant I missed my connecting flight. Stuck in Rome airport for several hours with no information about rescheduled flight. Finally figured it out with help of Rome airport information desk.

Cons: TV was broken, had phone so it was okay, the frustrating but was the call button. I rarely hit it, did this time for an arrivals card, the guy beside me messed his up and used mine while I was sleeping. No problem, until I hit the button. No one came for more than an hour, I even made eye contact.

Pros: The airline was quick to give vouchers for food and hotel when flight was delayed by 5 hours. They were also efficient in rebooking missed connecting flight.

Cons: On top of a five hour delay that got me to my arrival point 14 hours behind schedule, my two checked bags were also lost and have not been found up to two days later. The food was like being on a Delta flight, and the entertainment screens in my entire row would not work, nor did many others.

There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!

Cons: Connecting through Dubai was terrible, 1 hour delay before flight take-off was awful, food was less quality than previous flights, flight attendants congregated in front of my seat by the galley, parked all sorts of things there, could not sit comfortable the entire flight.

Cons: Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed.
