Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them"

Had to pick up bags, go through security again, which limited time spent in the airport to enjoy duty free shopping etc. Baggage allowances were different between British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, which necessitated checking out carry on bags. The gate agent was accommodating and checked them at no charge, but that could have been an expensive proposition if she wasn't perceptive. All food and drinks on this flight are for purchase vs. complimentary"
Cons: "So out flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt arrived late at the Heathrow airport and, reportedly in a hurry to let us take off, they chose to inconvenience us further by not loading all our luggage. They said on the plane that, if we are missing our luggage, it will come in on the next flight. I don’t understand the logic of the decision to not load our luggage to try to save us time."

Flight was not exactly cheap at 200 pounds. Will just fly the budget airline next time over british air since. I expect better accomodation for these prices."

Include at least some snack in the airfare and distribute it for free in flight rather than have customers pay for it. Customers are more likely to accept a $10 increase in air ticket than but a snack in flight for $5.
After checking luggage being put in a separate line for payement of luggage. Purchase from “Chat Deal “ was very poor, did not know bought ticket that did not include at least one check bag. Second chat deal called me and told I would hav e pay more $150 to get a aisle seat, clearly trying take money from people when I was able get my aisle seat for free 2 days before flight. Chat deal was the problem mainly.
Cons: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, that was deception. UA the worst airline as far as I experienced it, delays, poor customer relationships and so on. I have to pay for luggage."
Cons: "Overall really outstanding. I’m not a United flyer and think I’m going to be. One thing...like when you get free texting. Just flew Alaskan Air and they had that. Really good."

Cons: "The new fare basic coach doesnt allow carry ons even for money! I had to check my carry on for $30, unlocked with all my medication and valuables. I had NO idea I couldn't take a small carry on. That's insane. Worse than Spirit, which is not saying much. At least you can pay for a carry on with Spirit. They forced me to check my unlocked bag. United used to be one of my favorites. Its lower than Spirit now. Beware!"

Cons: "I paid extra so that we could have more leg room and be closer to the front of the plane yet upon embarking we were part of the last group to board. We sat in the first isle directly behind firstclass yet borded. virtually last. I was told by the flight attendant that because I purchased my airfare through Kayak as opposed to the airline was the reason behind this. I had no idea that this was the case and on top of spending the additional fee for upgrading, I was disappointed. I have a 0 star for entertainment because there was no N/A as a selection choice. There were no movies or entertainment aboard this aircraft."
Cons: "Boarded in, then boarded out. Told aircraft was not inspected then delayed by ~2 hours due to bolts loose in a wing plate despite brand new aircraft"
