Very good crew. The seating in economy plus was excellent, and I slept most of the way. The diabetic meal that I requested was almost tasteless--about a 2 on a ten-point scale.--so I ate little. And why bother serving dinner to fliers at midnight?! I had eaten a meal at the airport six hours earlier. A good breakfast would be better.

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing

Bad. After 3 hours on tarmac, flight got cancelled. No assistance whatsoever from BA.

Easy boarding, very friendly crew, short flight so no entertainment… needed cc for all food and drink purchases…. clean and on time … that is all that mattered… so overall very good.

As seats on planes seem to get smaller over time and people’s bodies get bigger significant mismatches occur. I was seated in the middle of a four seat center row on a 9 hour 10 minute flight from Heathrow to Seattle. The woman seated next to me was such a size that she required a seat belt extension in order for her to fasten the seatbelt around her. She occupied fully 1/3 or more of both my seat and my table. Her and her stuff also occupied most of the space for my feet. Not an enjoyable way to spend on a 9 hour flight. My most miserable flying experience ever.

Very bad experience they cancelled my ticket and no body bothered to even inform me, i was on the airport and it’s come to my knowledge that it was cancelled a week back,

The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

The worst, flight cancelled because the aircraft was not full. Heathrow ground crew totally not helpful and arrogant. Lady proposed us flight with 40min layover instead of direct and said it is our problem of course she was unable to do anything as everything was beyond her control she claimed. after calling on hotline another flight was booked. Flight was cancelled last second so we could not take direct from Zurich but we had to stay overnight in London.
