I had an awful experience with British Airways as they broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and when I went to complain they told me that this was not their responsibility. This has to be one horrible airline that does not take responsibility for the damage that they have created

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

Friendly hosts/hostesses; dinner was of acceptable, but mediocre standard

Very good crew. The seating in economy plus was excellent, and I slept most of the way. The diabetic meal that I requested was almost tasteless--about a 2 on a ten-point scale.--so I ate little. And why bother serving dinner to fliers at midnight?! I had eaten a meal at the airport six hours earlier. A good breakfast would be better.

For some reason they didn’t give me a seat and said I was on standby and to stay by the gate till I was assigned a seat then right before boarding I got a seat I got to my destination and no luggage

3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing

Bad. After 3 hours on tarmac, flight got cancelled. No assistance whatsoever from BA.

Easy boarding, very friendly crew, short flight so no entertainment… needed cc for all food and drink purchases…. clean and on time … that is all that mattered… so overall very good.

As seats on planes seem to get smaller over time and people’s bodies get bigger significant mismatches occur. I was seated in the middle of a four seat center row on a 9 hour 10 minute flight from Heathrow to Seattle. The woman seated next to me was such a size that she required a seat belt extension in order for her to fasten the seatbelt around her. She occupied fully 1/3 or more of both my seat and my table. Her and her stuff also occupied most of the space for my feet. Not an enjoyable way to spend on a 9 hour flight. My most miserable flying experience ever.

Very bad experience they cancelled my ticket and no body bothered to even inform me, i was on the airport and it’s come to my knowledge that it was cancelled a week back,
