Pros: Brilliant stay, such friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile! Food in the restaurant was exceptional and the spa was lovely! Cannot wait to return :-)
Pros: the stay was outstanding all staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you
Cons: I loved everything
Pros: The Breakfast was good and the spa was good once we found it .
Cons: the bar had no draught beers , the meal in the restaurant was terrible and we could not open a window in our room because it was far to noisy due to air con units and fans . if we where staying longer than just 3 days i would've asked for a room change .
Pros: Position good and staff wonderful
Cons: Parking was not a lot and very tight
Pros: Central position for town and beautiful sea views. Outstanding breakfast and service.
Cons: 3rd floor rooms are in the eaves so the men kept banging their heads! Spa was uncomfortably hot during our visit
Pros: Attention to detail, courtesy of staff who went the extra mile, extreme comfort and wonderful location.
Pros: Great service, very comfortable, excellent food! Nice touch of bowl of apples at check in.
Cons: Spa facilities - clearly staff overworked but very friendly
Pros: breakfast was exelant

Pros: Really big, very comfortable bed (superior double room). The service at breakfast time was brilliant.
Cons: Only slight negative was the water pressure in the shower, not very powerful if washing long hair. Everything else was great so it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.
Pros: Everything is in walking distance
Cons: Breakfast manager rushed us at breakfast in the morning, and was very rude about it. Luckily there was a nice waiter who served us and replenished our food and drinks and was happy. He saved the trip.
Pros: On arrival we were upgraded to a family room, lovely bathroom, huge TV & bed & 2nd bedroom with bunk beds
Pros: Customer service and room cleaniness.
Cons: Restaurants did not have variety of food options available
Pros: Loved this hotel. Nice staff. Well located. The breakfast was copious and very good.
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff
Pros: This hotel is fairly close to the town centre, but still in a nice, quiet area. There are convenience stores and restaurants close by.
Pros: Dinner was excellent both nights, really good cooking rather than fancy. Rooms reasonable. Wine surprisingly reasonable, staff unusually helpful and friendly. Our working hotel of choice in St Helier. Location nothing to write home about but can walk to everything central, which is great.
Cons: There can always be more fruit at breakfast - which goes for nearly everywhere. Porridge would be a nice option. Maybe it was, I didn't ask as I was in a bit of a rush both days.
Pros: This is the best hotel we have stayed in for along time, very clean, rooms have every thing you want, management & staff very helpfull, will be comeing back in june for alonger break. Thank you all for a very enjoyable stay.
Pros: Pleasant place, comfortable beds
Cons: The walls were a bit thin, as I could hear the couple in the room next door...
Pros: The hotel was clean and welcoming, and after a busy day very comfoting. A very good base.
Cons: The only thing that could have been improved for me, As i dont walk to well it would have been wonderful if there had been a bus service. Not every one would agree, but one nearby would have helped me.
Pros: Helpful Staff.
Cons: No airconditioning in the room and our bathroom was no more that a small oblong with toilet at one end and shower at the other. The sink was in the main bedroom/
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Evening meals not a very high standard
Pros: hotel staff frienndly very helpful, room had mildew above the bed and in the bathroom, had a main meal on the sunday very poor, expensive
Pros: Friendliness of staff. Quick breakfast service
Cons: Hairdryer kept cutting out.
Pros: Friendliness and help given by all members of staff. Food quality was very good and portions very good. Very relaxing hotel.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception were very helpful.
Cons: The shower in the bathroom was appalling and staff at the breakfast could not speak English so some orders were wrong, otherwise very nice.
Pros: Very friendly hotel, rooms cleaned daily, we had a premier room which was worth the little extra.
With a stay at The Royal Yacht in St. Helier, you'll be just steps from Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and 9 minutes by foot from Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
Pros: Tv in the bathroom nice touch and lovely warm flooring
Cons: Bigger bed would be nice
Pros: Great central location, great facilities... and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loved being able to use the gym too.
Cons: The room was situated above the hotel’s glass recycling bins at the back of the hotel which were being emptied into early morning, on both the Saturday and Sunday. This could be heard in the room early in the morning which did affect quality of sleep. I would definitely request a room in a different location next time.
Pros: Great location and excellent hotel.
Pros: The food in the ground floor restaurant was great and overall the service was good... The spa looked great too, but we didn't use it as a We only stayed 1 night., threw
Cons: The rooms were a bit dingy and dark. They did give us an upgrade to the other side so not in what felt like a cave . The beds were advertised as 'large' which basically meant normal 5' king size... and it was rock hard and very uncomfortable... The rooms seem tired and a bit like someone's idea of a futuristic room 25 years ago...
Pros: Right in town go there on a regular basis friendly staff clean and a bit more up market
Pros: Location is great, stayed here for ease of access to town
Cons: Noise was horrendous. Continuous very loud music from a party in room either below or above until gone 4am and started again at 9am. Disrupted what is usually a nice overnight stay.
Pros: The staff were lovely. We had an excellent breakfast. The room was quiet and clean. Have used the hotel many times over many years but first time of staying there.
Cons: I was surprised that the room and bathroom were quite small and decor was very beige, has expected snazzier, but perhaps being unfairly critical.
With a stay at Hotel de France, you'll be centrally located in St. Helier, within a 10-minute drive of La Hougue Bie and Jersey Museum & Art Gallery. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was as I expected bed comfortable and lovely sheets very clean and we'll looked after ....as was the spa area ...the resturants staff were lovely and attentive ...very good service
Cons: The only dissapoinment was I had to pay extra for slippers to use in spa area ....I didn't bring them as assumed if you got a robe in bedroom you would get slippers also....and was informed you only got them if you had treatments ....I feel as a guest in hotel they should provide ....can see why they wouldn't for people coming in from outside to use facilities. ...however they redeemed themselves by not charging late checkout as our plane had been cancelled due to storm ...
Pros: Spa wonderful, beautiful room, very friendly and helpful staff on reception.
Cons: Friends sausages little undercooked on day 1. Superb day 2
Pros: the room has a big space , the bed is so comfortable that we have a good time . All the staff is friendly.
Pros: Made to feel very welcome on arrival and also as I was on my own felt comfortable going to the garden restaurant with it’s relaxed atmosphere
Pros: It’s really good Hotel and I like everything special the spa is a really good place to relax
Pros: Breakfast was nice
Cons: The room very small dated and no view
Pros: Amazing spa! Comfy beds in the room and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing really, if being really picky the bathrooms could do with a refresh
With a stay at The Savoy Jersey, you'll be centrally located in St. Helier, within a 5-minute drive of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Clean and well presented. Well stocked tea and coffee. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Dated. Could have done with moisturiser in the bathroom, comes standard in most hotels in this class. Cupboard door opened onto the closing arm of the room door, could have been better designed.
Pros: Fantastic breakfast choices, clean and comfy rooms and an all round fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Worth having a drink in the bar, although slightly pricey.
Pros: good food
Cons: creak floor in room
Pros: Very vintage and clean , great location and friendly staff
Pros: Great staff..great breakfast..brilliant actually...comfortable beds ..spotlessly clean and some nice evening entertainment..yet a hotel where you could have a quiet break also. It's only a short walk along a smart neighborhood and through a lovely park into the main centre of St Helier ..great location..excellent. So glad we choose Hotel Savoy.
Cons: No aircon in room...July is warm or hot in Jersey and our room was on ground floor with no small upper windows, only main windows which we were not happy leaving open at night as an intruder could easily climb in..as I said being at ground floor level. More amusingly there was a light switch built into the headboard of bed ..at head level..!!.. and on a number of occasions it was lights ON if knocked against by a sudden change in head position..!!.. Managed to disrupted a good nights sleep to be sure.
Pros: Excellent value for money . Expected a continental breakfast for the price . But we got the full works !! Car parking was easy and cheap .
Pros: Hotel was great apart from the party going on in the room next to ours finally got to sleep at 2.30 am
With a stay at Pomme d'Or Hotel, you'll be centrally located in St. Helier, steps from Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and 9 minutes by foot from Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include express check-out, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in St. Helier? This hotel has 6243 square feet (580 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room.
Cons: The restaurant was closed for dinner. The cafe downstairs is not very good. I was looking forward to the restaurant and that was part of the reason I booked.
Pros: I was given an upgrade which was super comfortable The breakfasts are great value
Pros: Rooms look nice altho IMO a little dated. Nice cafe/bar area, particularly on the inside of the hotel - much smaller and quieter. Staff seem friendly. The hallways are super cool (sad, I know) and the NFC access to the rooms is snazzy, too. Would stay again the next time i come to Jersey.
Cons: The cafe/ bar is open to the public so can get quite noisy during the day. The lights in the room can be slow coming on and the one next to the bed just turned itself off randomly. There's only 1 lift and it's quite snug.
Pros: Great breakfast, attentive staff, well laid out room. First floor view excellent (above the traffic). Food is well cooked and the chef pops out regularly to make sure food is not over cooked. Good selection of food,
Cons: Hard to fault anything. A hotel that embraces and acknowledges its history which is good, Signage to breakfast could be improved. The bar menu could be bigger especially for people staying 3 or more nights.
Pros: Room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had lovely large fluffy towels, though I did feel a little guilty in these days of being "green" about using such a large towel for a single overnight stay.
Cons: My room was at the back of the property with a view into the back of other buildings, however when you're on a single night work trip I guess it's not the most important factor. Breakfast was fine if not a little uninspiring.
With a stay at Mornington Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast and interaction with staff positive.
Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Room too cold
Pros: Old school hotel with caracter Chatty friendly staff Special rich breakfast Close to the town center
Cons: The catpet on the floor is not exactly dirty, but while doing some stretches on the ground I noticed it is smelly. Perhaps a good professional carpet clean will do. ;-)
Pros: Breakfast good. Location handy.
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. Rolling stones bar is excellent!
Cons: Room a bit cold.
Pros: Beds very comfortable and breakfast was superb.
Cons: Décor rather dated, but it added to the charm of the hotel. Felt we were living in the 1970's!
With a stay at The Inn Boutique - Jersey, you'll be centrally located in St. Helier, within a 5-minute drive of Elizabeth Castle and Port of Jersey. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: the food was very good, rooms nice and cozy
Cons: the duvet was thin and quite cold and the heating unit was noisy
Pros: Great staff, very good price, lovely food
Cons: Old building so a bit of a rabbit warren inside, but really not much can be done about that
Pros: Absolutely perfect weekend stay.... rooms spotless and have everything you need, the food is second to none and the staff are fantastic !!! Had a niggle with a beighvour but soon sorted by the night porter who was working on Sunday night ( 9th of feb ) who was very professional and polite, an absolute credit to The Inn especially as I popped down in the night and the guy was busy cleaning the bar area !!! Superb..... we will be back.
Pros: Staff exceptional, restaurant superb, bed comfortable, decor modern, location good,
Pros: Location, bar and restaurant were nicely decorated
Cons: Our bathroom was of a poor standard compared to initial appearance on arrival, also very poor sound insulation from the room above, breakfast staff weren't over friendly, and when we came back with friends on Friday night to have drinks in the bar they were told they had to leave at 11.30! Found that very rude.
Pros: Friendly staff, welcoming bar area, nice decor.
Cons: The tea! Individual tea pots would provide a much tastier brew.
Pros: Room was perfect , staff very good , sound proof to adjacent rooms poor but not a big problem , restaurant good
Cons: Room service and food
Pros: The breakfast was terrific in quality and quantity. Also the restaurant served great meals at a reasonable price in the evenings. The staff in the restaurant was superb.
Cons: Due to an unusual floor plan, most guests will have to use stairs to get between their rooms and the elevator on each floor. This did not bother us, but it may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
Pros: Breakfast, bar.
Cons: Everything was good, nothing to complain about.
A stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey places you in the heart of St. Helier, within a 10-minute walk of Elizabeth Castle and Port of Jersey. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in St. Helier? This hotel features 5834 square feet (542 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast 1st class.
Cons: Dinner on 3rd night not good. Waiting staff need to improve their English. Service extremely slow. Long wait between courses. Over 1 hour wait for dessert and coffee came before dessert. Clearing tables between courses very lax.
Pros: Room was the right size, comfy bed, correct temperature and most importantly, quiet
Cons: No dressing gown
Pros: Great location helpful staff and great choice of breakfast
Pros: Beautiful sea views located within easy walking of central Helier downtown. Quiet ie away from traffic noise. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good size rooms.
Cons: Dining room staff are friendly but their method of how they take food orders and eventually deliver the food is strange and inefficient. Too many people are involved ie different staff show up as the meal progresses to again ask you what you want as your next course ( eg. two different waiters asked us what we wanted as the main course when we had already made the selection with our initial order) and a different person was involved in the delivery. We had to ask for our bill 3 times from 3 different people before finally deciding to go to the til to pay. I asked whether it was normal to ask to have the bill brought to the table and was told the choice was ours. The food was good.
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Price of a glass of wine was very expensive.i
Pros: Reception staff were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
A stay at The Club Hotel and Spa places you in the heart of St. Helier, within a 15-minute walk of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, limo/town car service, and express check-in. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Cleaning twice a day was great. Convenient location and good price. Breakfast was nice. Would go back.
Cons: Ladies at the spa could be a bit friendlier and less efficient, other staff was excellent.
Pros: Nice place. Lovely staff, they couldn’t do enough.
Pros: Staff were welcoming and tried their best. Both rooms had no heating so alternative oil heaters were brought to the 311 /310 rooms. Room 310 was noisy with the generator above on the roof. Again alternative room found post midnight. Customer service . The manager took 25% off the room with no heating and gave breakfasts foc for both rooms. The second room with no heating and the loud generator was not charged for.
Cons: Cold rooms at the outset. As both rooms which were opposite each other were cold with no heating functioning I would suggest there was something wrong with the heating system for the third floor. Loud, low noise from the generator. Again this could not have been a one off. I should have been told. Even with ear plugs the noise made it very difficult to sleep.
Pros: What’s not to love! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the use of the spa. The room was well equipped and had a lovely treat of water and cookies being left in our room for the night time. Great location and close to everything you need in St Helier.
Pros: Staff were very helpful.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere. Work being undertaken which meant that not all facilities available.
Cons: Its disgusting penny pinching by the hotel to charge extra (nearly £3) to have a bread roll with your soup first course. It's not as if the soup is cheap either, over £6.
With a stay at Westhill Country Hotel, you'll be centrally located in St. Helier, within a 10-minute drive of Elizabeth Castle and Jersey Museum & Art Gallery. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was great. Table service excellent. All staff were very friendly and efficient especially our waiter, Carlos and maid. Good menu for evening meals also with plenty of choices and very reasonably priced. The food was very tasty. Great chef. Location was great in lovely country with Jersey cows nearby- nice and quiet -away from traffic and fumes. Pool was a nice big size and not cold. Hot tub was brill. Gardens were lovely-nice big grounds to walk round. Good to have entertainment-we especially liked the magician but all good. Nice seeing the aviary and the 2 lovely big friendly dogs. Good trying local ales in bar. Complimentary bus shuttle very useful.
Cons: All good. No complaints. We were sorry having to leave!!!!! Hope to return.
Pros: Breakfast was good though some staff had terrible attitude when asked for something
Cons: Staff didn't appear to know what they are doing during check out took long time to do a simple task
Pros: Thank you for lovely stay! Your staff are amazing felt so welcome and relaxed thank you to the all the staff all fabulous! Pool and jacuzzi was the best! My friends got proposed at your hotel xxxx
Pros: Good choice of food friendly helpful staff
Cons: The lack of a lift given the older age range
Pros: Rooms clean and oool area was nice
Cons: The fact staff sat around in bar taking up seats and access to bar being noisy gambling
Pros: Three star hotel with four star plus service- lovely stay. Large accommodation with beautiful grounds plus a bar and lounge with dance floor.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: The courtesy bus was very good. Nice staff.
Cons: Shower didn't drain. At night our room smelt awful, poor drainage. Very expensive for what we got in return, compared to the mainland. Not for younger couples.
A stay at The Revere Hotel places you in the heart of St. Helier, within a 15-minute walk of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: Lovely real fire downstairs in the Bar in Winter. Very nice breakfast - hot is cooked to order and fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast, pastries, tea/coffee are self-serve. Staff are lovely - really helpful. Location is excellent, near the sea-front, near the shops.
Pros: I enjoyed the location of the hotel right in town. Also the staff at the hotel were fab really accommodating the breakfast was excellent overall great value for money. The hotel itself was all mod cons it was dated but for the money I wasnt expecting the Ritz and for what I needed it for it suited me all round.
Pros: Hotel is close to town and conveniently located in a quiet street.
Cons: Hotel is slightly “old fashioned” and could do with a little refurbishment. The bedroom door are not sound proof, so late night guests can be heard walking up and down the hotel corridors. Also, I was woken up twice by the sound of the fire alarm at 4:30am and 4:50am, which disturbed my sleep - a no apology notice was presented in the hotel lobby.
Pros: very nice, lots of choice, staff very friendly.
Pros: Full of character, open fire, nice bar area, lovely clean rooms. Very friendly staff especially the barman Toni. We’ll be back
Cons: Shower went cold in the morning so one of us couldn’t shower. Other than that, nothing.
Pros: The hotel is located close to the town centre of St Helier, the room was clean, the breakfast was quite tasty and the hotel staff were friendly.
Cons: There is no lift in the hotel to the upper floors and the room cleaning staff had to be requested multiple times before our room was cleaned.
Pros: So cosy with a lovely bar area and welcoming, friendly staff.

Pros: Very clean and modern
Cons: Bed wasn't that comfortable
Pros: The restaurant, good food, sensible portions, good service
Pros: Everything, staff all wonderful and polite Food magnificent Very clean throughout Perfect location
Pros: The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast is really good and lovely to be able to eat it overlooking the sea shore. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: No milk with refreshments in the room. The heating was not turned on when I arrived so the room was cold.
Pros: Comfy bed. Sea view
Cons: Windows wouldn't open so no air. Found it difficult to sleep and woke with a head ache due to airless room. I had turned the heating off. Shower not good. Spray provided by attachment too small.
Pros: Big bed & decent size bathroom & clean
Cons: Couldn't order the alchohol drink I like eg asked for a Rose Spritzer staff said it was made with lemonade,as requested, which it wasn't as it was flat & not sweet so was probably made soda water or something else I asked them to make me one with lemonade but it came back the same
Pros: Stayed here before. The location is lovely, just on the edge of town and handy for a walk on the beach too.
Cons: Building or renovation work in the attic above my room 2 days on the trot! I know that it was off season and work has to be done but I was told that there were only about 10 rooms booked in the hotel at the time. Surely I could have been put into another room. I complained after the first day and was told that work had finished but it went on for a second day also. Then there was work outside my window at 8am with builders laughing aloud, joking, hammering and cutting sheet plywood with power saws! It was 8am and I was on holiday!! Why didn't the hotel use foresight and originally put me in a room away from where they were having work done. The hotel is big enough to do this. Also the heater in my room didn't work at all and on close inspection it looks like it hadn't been turned on it a while as the radiator taps didn't work and were just balanced on the valves (the corrosion showed seizure of the valves). I had to leave my bathroom door open all night to let the towel rail heat my room. The management of this hotel need to think a few days ahead and consider their residents when having work done in the hotel. I was on holiday for 8 nights and was woken very early on 5 of those nights! Also if you come in at night and want a drink you are served in the front restaurant and you have to sit at a table which is laid for breakfast. It's not a bar, there are no bar staff and no music etc, you sit there in silence. I just ended up taking a pint up to my room at night.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. The room was modern, fresh, and immaculately clean. Ideal for our family of two adults and three children. Free parking was a bonus too. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: Excellent location, helpful staff, great parking
Cons: I was told I would get a bath, but there was just a shower. Strangely I found on arrival that my accommodation did not include breakfast. Who does that? My room was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had
When you stay at The Norfolk Lodge Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be in the suburbs, within a 5-minute drive of Elizabeth Castle and Port of Jersey. Cons: Dripping shower

Cons: Room was pretty basic and the view was bland.
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast and dinner menus
Cons: No complaints at all
Pros: Meals were very good. The whole place was very clean and tidy and all staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful
Cons: Room and en suite were very clean but dated
Pros: Comfortable single room and the food was excellent
Cons: The weather
Pros: Good location and plenty of free parking. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming
Cons: Decor, particularly in the rooms is very dated

Pros: Swimming pool & bedroom
Cons: Location & dinner menu
Pros: Everything the staff was amazing
Pros: the breakfast was standard breakfast for a hotel, but i had the feeling that the staff would rather the guests were not there.
Cons: it was all down to the staff, who were as unhelpful as they could possibly be, bar meals served till 9 our first night at 8 we asked for the menu, they had stopped serving at 6.30 we were told. one day, at 6pm we came back to the hotel and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant "fully booked all night" we were told, without the receptionist even looking up from the desk, not even suggesting a local restaurant, we phoned the great western and they offered up as table straight away, and the food there was very good, as was the service.
Pros: The swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were a wonderful addition to the hotel which is very well maintained and clean. Very satisfied customer who only drinks hot chocolate as a hot drink and to find they were in the rooms so thank you. Easy access into town. 15 minute walk into the main town and the market and the buses stop outside for the zoo and other local places.
Cons: Very very creaky floorboards. Disturbed night sleep with fidgety neighbours above but understand may not be able to resolve that. But that is being picky. Walkways, stairways and rooms rather warm Heating appeared to be on continuously.
Pros: Lovely staff, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Near enough but not right in the centre so quiet at night.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like only thing I could say is that the decor in the room was a bit dated but it was spotless and comfortable so no complaints.
Pros: The staff very friendly helpfull handy for town also easy parking
Pros: the breakfast was very nice
Cons: the fact you could not smoke in your room
Pros: We enjoyed the food and the service excelent. The hotel needed an update in the decorating.
Pros: The ropoms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were fantastic all prepared to put themselves out, always smiling and helpful.
Cons: The only complaint wewas the beds, a bit lumpy and could feel the springs!
Pros: Nice friendly staff, unpretentious surroundings,
Cons: The fried eggs at breakfast were over cooked!
Pros: Staff attitude
Cons: Too far from town
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We only had one evening meal but that was also very good.
Cons: Or first room was next to pool on the ground floor. This was very handy however the room was too warm especially at night (we think it was above the laundry room). When we mentioned this we were moved to another room on the first floor without any fuss. We were asked to pack personal items and the hotel staff would took care of moving everything for us. The hotel was a good 15 minutes walk to the town centre.
Pros: The staff were excellent as was the food. Great value for money.
Pros: The leisure facility. The breakfast service. The location.
Cons: Bed cover sheet appeared unhygenic. No air con in rooms.
Pros: Service and cuisine was first class.

Pros: We liked the location near to the sea and bus centre, peaceful street, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast also good.
Cons: We would have liked some fruit at breakfast time.
Pros: Friendly and efficient reception. We're able to go to room @midday. Comfortable bed and generous breakfast.
Cons: TV a little smaller than we are used to but we didn't really go here to watch TV!
Pros: The room had all the essential amenities. Staff very friendly and the stay felt homely. Although the finishing in the room were slightly aged, it was comfortable, clean and checked all the boxes.
Cons: A bit more choices at breakfast time.
Pros: The location was good with frequent bus services nearby. The room was cheery and bright. The receptionist was very nice and gave helpful information. We liked that there were no dogs allowed nor children.
Cons: The bathroom lacked any space to place your toiletries onto. A small shelf would have helped or even a small table or stool in the corner would have been nice. Breakfast was okay with choice of cereals. Cooked breakfast was tasty. Perhaps a little fruit would have been nice as well. I didn't have coffee or toast so not sure about those. The walls and floor were thin. We could hear the person above us getting up and walking around quite a bit through the night and coughing from next door. Very annoying when trying to sleep. People talking loudly when coming in and slamming doors. Perhaps a few signs posted around the inside of the hotel reminding people to soften their voice when inside wouldn't go amiss. I have seen these signs in other hotels and they were much quieter. Also some sound proofing between floors would be good. I think with just a few tweaks this hotel could be quite good.
Pros: Great location
Cons: The bathroom facilities were old and tired, with no sink as this was in the bedroom. The shower unit was small and needs updating. TV positioned on a wall that was not viewable from the beds. The room has a very large window which could not be left open over night as it was too cold.

Pros: Staff where excellent especially the reception. And the staff in the cafe where excellent as well .rooms where spacious .bathroom very good
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t very good .
Pros: Great location - good choice of cereals - the porridge was excellent
Cons: Breakfast could have been a little bit later and checkout was 1000 - normally 1100/1200
Pros: Breakfast times reasonable 930am latest, pool area great, location right in middle of town free carpark,
Cons: Beds aren't comfortable, and we had late check out 12 noon unfortunately reception didn't tell house keeping and maids constantly opened our door telling us to hurry up ! 3 times Bar prices rather dear to sit in all night drinking
Pros: Nice, very comfy, rooms a bit too hot tho, very close to downtown
Cons: bar a bit expensive no hdmi input on tv
Pros: Location. Swimming pool Swimming pool staff (from Amsterdam) was very friendly.
Cons: Room was not cleaned tidy from previous stay . Room was cold and smelly Requested room to be cleaned. Beds was not changed. (Chocolate was smeared in bed sheets)
Cons: TOILET LEAKING ALL OVER FLOOR AND HAD TO MOVE ROOM THE NEXT DAY AS COULD NOT FIX UNTIL AFTER THE WEEKEND. Also my two sisters had a near miss when part of the hallway ceiling fell down, as they left the room.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff especially the young ladies on the reception desk. Very helpful and informative
Cons: The food wasn’t very good

Pros: Lovely location with beautiful sea view from my room. Very peaceful. Very comfortable bed with great sheets. Towles were very clean. Slightly out of the centre of St Helier, but probably quieter as a result. The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner, but might not be all week in winter. It was possible to book taxis through the hotel.
Cons: Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good. Possibly limited parking in that area, but didn't need it on this trip.
Pros: It was near to St Helier and opposite the beach. Good value for money. Clean and basic but nice enough.
Cons: For the price I can't complain too much. The shower over the bath was poor and hard to control. Very old fittings unfortunately. However the price of the wine and an ordinary bottle of water were very expensive. £4 for a bottle of water! No one offered to ring for a taxi to get me to the Airport. I was on my own at that point. However the rest was pleasant.
Pros: Comfy bed, location, helpfulness of staff. Easy access to high street, the Square and bus station
Cons: Hot water in bathroom very low pressure
Cons: Nothing all was perfect
Pros: The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant area and having eaten, I sat outside, no real distance from the sea. My room face the sea and later that night the sound of the sea became louder as the tide came in, but this was quite pleasant. Sea air and all...
Cons: Nothing worth complaining about...oh, a little difficult to find on foot.
Pros: Comfortable well-equipped room
Cons: Staff could have been friendlier
Pros: check-in was easy, beautiful sea-view rooms, very close to beach, staff generally quite friendly. Room was cleaned daily and bed was comfortable. Excellent restaurant on-site and nice options nearby.
Cons: No parking close to property making getting there tricky, provided one party in our group with free breakfast and not the other, location was out of St Helier itself although 20 min walk away up some steep hills. For the price I was expecting a more luxurious hotel, the reception, restaurant and corridors are all quite dated.
Pros: Great room as we stayed with our children and they loved it
Cons: Hotel would benefit greatly with some parking
Pros: very frendly staff/sea view/good breakfasts.
Cons: the bedroom,tv and bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment.
Pros: Everything, the spacious room and bathroom, the pleasantness and smartness of all of the staff.
Cons: Not applicable.
Pros: View is terrific
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: very basic furnishing. Evening meals too early more functional than relaxed.
Pros: close to the beach, bar/lounge comfortable, very friendly staff
Cons: CAR PARKING was frustrating.

Pros: Good choice with breakfast, rooms very warm but then they could be cooling down from summer. Local draught beer in the bar. Local bus service outside hotel - who needs car hire !
Cons: Corridors like a rabbit warren.
Pros: Cleanliness of all areas, breakfast was cooked nicely and there was plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and efficient, hotel is close to town centre and on the edge of the bay with wonderful views
Pros: Location Helpfull and nice people at reception. Sea view
Cons: À little bit noisy on morning and night with door closing.
Pros: Location was amazing, food in the hotel is very reasonable and excellent quality
Pros: It was OK
Cons: The room was very clean but boring! Beige everything and rather depressing but nice and clean with a good seaview. There was only one person on duty when I arrived so he was rushing around doing everything - front desk, bar the lot - not very good for a 3 star hotel! Bartender was not very friendly and neither was one receptionist - could, not be bothered to look up and say good morning when I passed the desk! Also l ack of parking is not good
Pros: Nice hotel and staff. Clean and tidy.
Pros: Location beside the beach and the bus route
Cons: Shower was a little tight
