As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.
Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.
Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe
There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.
I had a very disappointing experience traveling with Copa Airlines. When I arrived at the airport in Córdoba for my flight to Bradley International Airport, I was charged an additional $590 because I was told that certain taxes and fees had not been paid. However, my reservation and documentation clearly indicated that all applicable taxes and fees had already been paid. I was therefore forced to pay an additional amount that I believe I should not have been charged. What makes the situation even more concerning is that I was initially told I had to pay $890. Then, the amount was increased to $1,800, and eventually, after discussing the matter, I ended up paying $590. I consider this amount excessive and, more importantly, unjustified, since these charges had already been paid and nowhere in the terms of my reservation or contract does it state that these taxes or fees were outstanding. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and with being required to pay an additional charge without a clear and consistent explanation.
I would have liked to have been served more food when it came to Panama to Newark
Didn't make the flight because the first leg of my flight was canceled and the next leg was already booked.
Same as last comment. Food sucks. Quality. Not surprising most people have no clue about nourishment Clearly
Crew was excellent. This was a relatively long flight though and had very little leg room, and no entertainment.
Crew was dismissive. Snacks and refills not offered. Poor business class experience. Bed not comfortable compared to Emirates or BA.
The food should improve! And The flight should leave on time and not make the traveler wait.
I completely missed my flight because the first leg was longer than planned. I had to sleep overnight in the airport because no accommodation was provided and then sent to Trinidad in the morning with an anticipated 7 hour layover before my flight to Georgetown which was now with Caribbean Airlines. I tried twice with customer service to see if they could put me on an earlier flight which had seats available but was told it wasn’t possible.

We flew SEA -Houston-Panama-GYE round trip. The connections were torturing because we had to sleep over in Seattle to board the early morning flight and froze for 11 hours in Hoston for the return flight to SEA. Not United's problem, just the inconvenience of numerous transits. Restaurants and fast foods were closed and all we got was a cookie/coffee for each flight. Finally we waited for a long time for our baggage at carousel 9 as informed by the APP and all reliable sources. Suddenly some fellow passengers found out that our bags showed up on carousal 8.
They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.
Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.
Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.
It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.
Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.
The flight was uncomfortably warm. We asked a member of the crew to adjust the temperature, and they said they would but it didn't make a noticeable difference. They really cram you into the plane, too, in economy. It was quite uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight.
The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.
