Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Cons: "I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?"
Our charging and WiFi were not working in our business class seats, even after they "refreshed" it.
Pros: "Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!"

Pros: "So far nothing. Plane from Ukraine was delayed by 2 hours and we missed our connecting flight to Washington DC. Now we have to spend a night in Istanbul and missing the event that we had to attend on Feb 26!"

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.
All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks
Everything in general was great, but we left 30 minutes late

Cons: "The flight attendants could have served some drinks in between the meals. They actually refused to serve something additionally when asked."
Pros: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."
Pros: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

On Time departure and arrival Entertainment system not very userfriendly
No way flights should have been suggested or sold with such little time in between for multiple security checks and customs AND terminal changes. All boarding passes were not given by first airline. We had to run in Frankfurt and missed flight in Chicago.
I purchased 4 tickets including infant with seat on Lufthansa airline . I got tickets by oman air and Canada air. I had brought a car seat to place of the seat for my baby! It was not allowed. I purchased 4 seats , instead they gave me 3 seats , infant became lab infant during all the 3 long flights … turning this experience to super inconvenient and tiring experience not to be repeated again with Lufthansa air. I raised a verbal complaint but they didn’t accept , as they said it should have been raised at the country of origin . Online boarding option was also not available due to infant ticket. My car seat was taken away , my infant and I had to endure a horrible pain during these long flights. Causing extreme discomfort to my infant and my family. My stroller was taken away at the airplane door of country of origin, informed me that I will be able to get it back in Montreal… unfortunately not only non of the luggages were delivered in Montreal , everything were redirected to St. John’s. On arrival in St. John’s I discovered the damage caused to my luggages , including from / missing items .. the car seat which was taken away ay the Frankfurt airport, also the stroller was not yet delivered to St. John’s. . Kindly reimburse the infant seat whichtaken away.
Only one thing I didn't like it because my baggage stock on Germany
We missed this connecting flight because of the very late arrival of the first flight. We’ve been stuck here in Munich for two days. Disgraceful!
I like the first Pat of the flight - from Tpa to Frankfurt Germany. However, the flag from Germany to Tel Aviv was a complete disaster. The states were completely uncomfortable, there was no entertainment or anything to be used for entertaining, the food was horrible, and the worst part we were sitting in the airplane on the ground for over three hours waiting due to luggage issues. During that time, it was extremely hot, the plane was completely full, they didn’t offer any water or anything to help us “survive” this.
Cons: "The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight."

Cons: "RUD Stop very disruptive to sleep. Especially with little kids. Connection flight at FRA was very hectic. Asked numerous airport personnel for help and extremely rude, including yelling at us unprovoked. Business lounge had no kids area and very clinical. BA business more warm."
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.
Cons: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Pros: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Cons: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Cons: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Cons: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."
