This flight had the BEST crew! The flight attendants were so personable and friendly! I loved chatting with them. They attended to everyone’s needs and always with a smile! I had to stand often due to a recent knee surgery and each time I have delightful conversations with them in their work area. Kudos to these nice young ladies!!! Go Delta!

2hours delayed and didn't give notification right away 🤷‍♀️. I even lost my food to rush to go to the airport. Paid $60 for seafood plate ending just leave it almost halfway on my way to the airport find out the flight was delayed. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

More room in premium but if the person in front reclines then because of the bigger incline you can’t easily get out, particularly from window seats, as the armrests don’t lift for you to slide out and the reclined seat is very close to the armrest

I am petite and felt very crowded in my economy seat. For others of middle to larger size, it must be dangerous to seat in such quarters.

Best crew ever I’ve been traveling since July 5 a month ago and not even the best Service ever but this crew here what is the best

Virgin cancelled my flight on July 2nd, two hours after I booked it and never let me know. I discovered this when I attempted to check in online. By that time, it was too late to rebook on any airline and I missed an important training event and conference.

Slept well in the pod. Breakfast was too large for my needs and crew were great and we arrived on time.

The stewardesses were very kind and helpful

I enjoyed my flight, very comfortable and good communication.I liked the fact that there was acknowledgement of staff shortage and reassurance to provide excellent service! Shout to Ian and colleagues who helped me find a window seat, my phone and passport i miss placed when i had a little panic.please do share this with virgin atlantic !!!! The Pilot was the best!

There were many cancelled flights from Heathrow due to crew shortages. I was glad our flight had just enough attendants to fly, but they worked very hard & remained polite & helpful. Very impressive

Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

Our entertainment/movie and audio did not work during our flight. Two of our bags did not make it to our final home destination. No personal assistant. Everything is via email/web with no assistance.

This trip, coming back to Las Vegas (from Yerevan to Frankfurt to Las Vegas) turned out to be HORRIBLE and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Shame on Lufthansa! The leg from Yerevan to Frankfurt was cancelled and delayed for about 10 hours, but the worst part was that we didn't get any notification of the 10 hour delay until the last hour or two, but by that time we were at the airport at around 2am. We are a total of 6 passengers (me and my 5 kids between ages 2 and 17), so I ended up dragging the kids back to the hotel for 10 hours then we went back to the airport again. But the nightmare didn't end there! Then as we arrived in Frankfurt, our next leg of the flight to Las Vegas had already flown obviously, and so we missed it because of the delay in Yerevan. Now, Lufthansa says that there are no other flights or seats for a party of 6. Now they gave us this 3 leg flight, which takes off the next day, Frankfurt to Seattle to Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which is going to take 24 hours - if not more, instead of our straight 1 leg flight Frankfurt to Las Vegas, which was only going to be an 11 or 12 hour flight. This was a trip from hell so far, and the trip to Las Vegas hasn't ended yet. Who knows how many delays we will encounter during this 3 leg flight. There were just as many problems with Lufthansa's flights going to Yerevan in the first place, and these are just the problems coming back to Las Vegas, because this survey is only asking how was your trip back to Las Vegas from Frankfurt. This was our first trip with Lufthansa, and it will definitely be our very last flight with Lufthansa!

Late. Late to leave. Late to arrive. Left sitting on the tarmac. Same as the departing flight. Lufthansa is awful.

There was not enough time between connecting flights to be able to make them comfortably. I had to RUN to each connection. For a 74-year old that was very distressing. The food on the United Air from Frankfort to San Francisco was deplorable for a 1st/business class ticket. This really needs HELP!

Overbooked flight. No seat for me. I had to stay extra day because of it. No customer service available for a whole that time. I spent 3h trying to get in touch with them. No luck.

Said a steward would meet me (never happened) instead I was running to catch flights on different airlines in two different airports. The entire situation was disgusting. The running was with all of my luggage. Because of the rebooking I was in the last row of 75 rows on a plane with an additional connection. Every flight had delays creating more chaos for the next flight. The only helpful airline in the bunch was Delta."

Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

The crew hit my seat, repeatedly with their carts and did not remember to offer drinks to us as they pushed it by. The airlines should consider removing that seat as an option to passengers if there is not ample room for the flight crew to maneuver around it. It made for an unpleasant experience overall."

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Cons: "Plane was incredibly old for a long haul flight, with no power socket and extremely outdated TV's. Seats were dirty and small. We were in row 34 (middle of the plane over the wing) and when they got to us with the food options, they had already run out of the second choice on both occasions. On the first service, we asked the attendant if the food had any fish/seafood ingredients (due to allergies) and she said no. We then read on the lid of the food tray that there was a possibility of fish traces so my husband could not eat it. When we told the attendant about it she told us they didn't have anything else. Hard to believe there was nothing they could do, we've never experienced this issue before. We then asked another flight attendant if there was any food available for purchase but she said no. Luckily, she was able to find a vegetarian dish that my husband could eat. We're grateful that she found this as the next food service was not until 6 hours later. Sad that we had to ask again, we were expecting that they cared a little more. Overall, BA didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. This was a trip to Europe in which we took 4 BA flights and overall, the experience was of that no better than a low cost. Would have a hard time thinking of choosing this airline again."
Pros: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Cons: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

All in all i would not be paying again for an "upgrade" to WT+."
