Cons: "They made me check my hand luggage, did not pay attention to what airline I would get on my connection flight, neither got my warnings about it. They sent my bag directly to my destination but the other airline wouldn't pick up."

Cons: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Cons: "The same food every time and its not high quality - even in Business class. The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat."

Pros: "Turkish Airlines is a wonderful airline. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful. They are organized and helpful. On time and smooth flying and landing."

Cons: "Flight was late, if you have another connection, bad luck. No entertainment system, no screens at all, no music. Food was average. Plane was new airbus, toilet stuck, nobody seem to care much at least lock the toilet as it cannot be used."

Cons: "The crew was horrible I will never take Egypt sort again. Flight attended spilled hot tea on me and didn’t even apologize, I acknowledge it was both our fault but at least he could of provided a napki g so I could dry off. Horrible I will never recommend this airline"

Cons: "Actually I didn’t fly as I didn’t receive the confirmation email or the ticket and I had to call vayama who informed me that they don’t have any records for my booking although my credit card was authorized for the amount !! I had to do another booking fire test with the airlines due to limited time before departure!"
