Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.

The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.

Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.

Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.

Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.

I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.

Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor

No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing

Boing 747-8’s are showing their age. The seat back screens are somewhat unresponsive. Even putting the seat “in its original and upright position” required assistance from the guy behind me-after I helped the lady in front of me! I left a ball cap on board. I’ll be flying back in four weeks. I wonder if Lufthansa has a list a found for that kind of stuff in Frankfurt?
