Pros: I loved everything about this little hotel located in the heart of the old Jewish neighbourhood , near the Mezquita. It is lovely decorated, with many luxurious elements, such as the marble halls and staircases, paintings, vases. The breakfast is very tasty and I highly recommend you to take it at the property. Great value for the money. I will sure try to come back.
Cons: This is an empty list.

Pros: Personal attention by staff, beautiful room, lovely breakfast, perfect location, linens, towel. Availability of a staffed bar with soft drinks, beer, and a selection of bourbon, gin, etc. 24 hour door person, very quiet. Ask for anything, and the hotel will try and accommodate. Minibar with a complimentary bottle of water every day,
Cons: We didn’t have a car, so no problem for us. Be sure to ask when booking if needed.

Pros: The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff is extremely friendly. Location is wonderful
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the Jewish quarter but a block away from all the shops and restaurants do nice and quiet. The furnishing throughout the hotel are unique and special. Our room was on the ground flood. (We didn’t open the curtains so I have no idea what was outside ... very unlike me.). The room was very large. There was a sitting area with table and 2 chairs on one side and a desk and chair on the other. Plenty of storage should you desire to unpack. The bathroom was ample. Shower worked well. Nice bath products were provided. The staff was very friendly, spoke English very well, and were helpful in every way possible.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely brillant hôtel. Beautiful Moorish styled decor. Spotlessly clean, room with latest TV. Staff, were incredibly friendly and informative. In fact this was the nicest hotel we have stayed in in our 2 month Europe holiday.
Cons: Nothing at all. This hotel is exceptional!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and perfect location in Cordoba. Room was perfect for our needs.
Cons: Not accesible by car/taxi and requires a good walk from the nearest access point. Good excersise, but can get hot during the day. Receptionist offered cold water at check-in which was refreshing and much appreciated.

Pros: Absolutely EVERYTHING!! Mostly Rocio & Nacho
Cons: Having to leave!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated in the Jewish quarter, well decorated rooms. We felt like we were welcome guests in a home. Breakfast on the patio or inside was enjoyable. Must have been upgraded recently. Highly recommend. There is parking behind the hotel and a wide turn in front to load and unload your car. A very short walk to all the sights.

Pros: Very good location
Cons: Breakfast is very bad for this type of hotel /price : water coffee / rancid butter croissant / not fresh orange juice / low quality of all fruits and meat
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were really helpful. The honesty bar worked really well. The breakfast was great and so nice to be able to get a cup of English tea. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: The room we had was a bit dark (24) and would have benefitted from better lighting although the bathroom was really well lit. The other rooms for our party were lovely
10,0 Excellent
Pros: WOW. I didn't want to leave. What a great hotel! Tres old-world 'class', pristine without pretention. Step back in time without the cobwebs. Perfect location at the entry to the Juderia. Wood floors in the room. Quiet. Beautiful design elegant but simple. Fab bathroom. Strong shower. Amazing bed with smooth cotton sheets as crisp as a man's shirt. And the garden patios were great for working or reading. No loud voices everything about the place is elegant and understated. The Honor Bar was a great touch and made it a welcome place to be. l.p.. From the impressive entry to the meticulous garden and welcoming patio, and nice pool it was hushed and restful.
Cons: I LOVE this hotel. As you will read below. BUT...just a few things could make it perfect. 1. Enforce No Smoking. Guests smoked by the pool in 40 degree weather. Choking the last bits of air. It was not nice. 2. Keep the Honor Bar open until midnight. And for later service leave a menu on the table. It's a great place to relax and guests were coming down looking for their wine well after the bar was swept away at 9pm. 3. Open the pool earlier and keep it open later, especially in this heat. 9 to 10 would be lovely. It is currently open 11am to 8pm. Some guests did not know this and swam later but most respected the house rules...difficult to do in this weather. 4. Offer a small apero on the patio: wine flights and ham/cheese platter. I was not tempted to go downstairs for breakfast. 5. They could screen Spanish Oscar or Goya winner films in one of the areas on the wall. That's it!
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The building of the hotel is very nice as it comprises of building built in different period of time. So, they have different style . ( Romans, Gothic etc). It is very conveniently located and just a few minutes walk to city centre, to the Cathedral and to the jewish quarter. Staff are very nice while rooms are big.
Cons: No coffee / tea is provided in room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location near to The Mezquita. Beautiful courtyards with water features. Beds very comfortable.
Cons: Honesty bar - drinks not very cold as ice quickly melts at 40 degrees! Lack of restaurant. No loungers by pool.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful classic hotel close to the sights. Clean, comfortable, and convenient once you arrive. Staff is great. Breakfast has big selection, not just a European breakfast of bread, fruit, cheese, etc.
Cons: Difficult reaching in private auto due to crowded narrow streets.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Vale parking! Unbelievable location, awesome staff, very clean .. I would like to thank almudena for her great welcome and help .. definitely coming back here
Cons: Hotel doors close at midnight, so it’s a little annoying to ring the bell every-time you comeback

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful. Loved the exposed ruins, court yards and the lovely pool area.
Cons: A little away from the center and we got lost coming back, but that’s really on us. Honestly, hard to find a negative thing.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were superb! They couldn’t do enough for you. The pool area was pleasant. The rooms are tasteful with comfortable beds. Central location!
Cons: A small niggle - but the shower is rather weak and there isn’t an iron in the room, but I can’t fault anything else!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice. They upgraded our room and it was lovely, large and light. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. This hotel was much better than an acclaimed 5 star hotel we later stayed at in Seville.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the more beautiful hotels I have stayed in- a perfect stay from the beginning to the end. Tasteful decor and design- especially the pool garden area is gorgeous. Wonderful staff, great food, comfortable rooms and beds, Spa area looks nice even though we didn’t get to use it we took advantage of the daily free hour to the baths.
Cons: Nothing there to not like. For noise sensitive people I recommend asking for a room away from the courtyard
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Charming and unique design. Friendly staf. The restaurant is excellent and chef is an artist of fusion food colors and taste. Since it is not in the center you can find a perfect escape from the noises and tourists all around.
Cons: The parking is very expensive and not included. The Internet is slow but free.
Hotel San Miguel - Córdoba - Building

9,0 Excellent (1 011 reviews)
R1 261+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel San Miguel places you in the heart of Córdoba, within a 10-minute walk of Plaza de la Corredera and Viana Palace. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Had everything for a short trip
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean and helpful friendly staff.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: As with all the other hotels we stayed, I am looking for a central, clean place that is good value for money. It was all of this, on the higher end of our budget but maybe that was because the Feria de Cordoba was on the week that we were there. Great that our car was taken care of when we arrived too. I would go again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely small hotel in a good location. A very spacious room with 3 single beds. Very clean. Opened onto a courtyard filled with beautiful plants and flowers. A secure place to leave your luggage after checkout.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel San Miguel has a very convenient location "right in the middle of everything": around 10 minutes walking time to the center (Mezquita) and 16 minutes walking time to the train station. Also if you come in May for patios festival - most of the patios can be easily walked to from it as well. All of the staff we have met are very eager to help with instructions/luggage/printing boarding cards etc. and are also very communicative in emails (checking a few times when we arrive etc.). The room we had was very spacious and clean, and so is the bathroom. Altogether - we really had an excellent experience staying there. Also - they had a very competitive price, making the price/performance ration really high. The only missing part was a breakfast which they do not offer (probably - because there's no space for a kitchen), but you can easily manage it in many cafes just around the corner. You have also a lot restaurants in and around Plaza de las Tendillas - just around the corner, Tourist Information is also there. I am really happy to recommend San Miguel and will choose it again next time we are in Cordoba! :)
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is secure, quiet, comfortable.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: A non pretentious hotel , comfortable , clean and very good for the price. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent location, in the heart of Cordoba. Calm and pleasant interior patio. Very nice and helpful host.
Cons: The window was to the balcony and patio, so the room was a bit sombre.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Spotless helpful friendly staff close to sights
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is close to the center of the old city. The room size is fine and the bathroom is spacious.
Cons: almost none, except the direction of the Air Con is just right on the bed

9,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a small hotel, quite close to the main sightseeing areas of Cordoba. It's quite new and the decoration of both the Hotel and the rooms is great. If you travel by car they provide a garage at a very competitive price. Also, the breakfast is good enough for a stay. I recommend this property.
Cons: The double beds are on the smaller side. (although we were offered an upgrade to twins for 6€). Besides that, I have nothing else to point out.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly and kind and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked amazing (it was 42°). Loved the amenities and although we did not have the breakfast, it looked amazing. They also had onsite parking (15€ a day) which was a plus for us. Location was only a 10 min walk to the center.
Cons: WiFi in our room was a bit slow
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Cosy, clean and quiet place. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was sparkling clean. The hotel manager, Pedro, was really helpful and he gave us a lot of info about the city.

Overview Reviews
Located in Córdoba (Cordoba Old City), Hospedería Alma Andalusí is within a 10-minute walk of Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba and Roman Bridge. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location very near the Mezquita and in the heart of the tourist area.
Cons: Our room was overlooked the street and was SO noisy! Very hard to sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly, welcoming and pleasant staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was central and way beyond my expectations
Cons: Nothing to dislike
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location great in Juderia. Nice shower. Central patio always had a supply of juicy sweet oranges. Tea/coffee in central patio TV in room
Cons: There is a complete lack of atmosphere in the place. I always felt that I was an intruder, not a guest. The central patio could be used for breakfast but the absence of plates for cutting up oranges/croissants was strange HUGE amounts of house rules [on back of bedroom door] Very unwelcoming overall TINY bedroom
9,5 Excellent
Pros: I PARTICULARLY LIKED THE HELPFUL STAFF AND THE PRESENTATION OF THIS QUIET AND FRIENDLY LITTLE HOTEL..
Cons: THE BED WAS SMALL AND THE ROOM TINY, A BIT MONASTIC.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice place with a great location. The room was not big but we knew that before so it's okay. The patio is very nice with a lot of light, it is a great place to have a breakfast and start the day.
Cons: A lot of noise from the street and the other rooms of the hotel. The walls are very thin. Also very dark room due to the ground floor location. We had to use the artificial light even when it was super bright outside.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the atmosphere. The hostel has a patio Cordobés in the middle that makes it nicer. I was in an individual room and it was a bit too narrow, but sitting outside in the patio made up for it. Plus, they offered some snacks for breakfast. And there were oranges from the orange trees of the owner of the hostel.
Cons: There was only one window that appointed to the patio Cordobés. However, that was not a big issue, I must say. I still had light.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. Loved communal entrance where you could enjoy tea, coffee and oranges at any time! Great location in old part of town.
Cons: Nothing.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Pretty house in historic center. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to main sights and close to train station (20 min walk). Free coffee/tea/biscuits/oranges, which was great.
Cons: Maybe that the window opened to the street and it was a bit noisy at night and during the day we couldn't get to much natural light because it has a wooden frame covering it (for summer sun, I guess). But it was something minor. Everything was very good.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Super good value/little touches like free coffee/ yummy oranges
7,7 Good
Pros: It was an incredibly charming and friendly place - very simple, comfortable, hospitable, welcoming. It was off-season so the rate was very good value for money. The staff were lovely. Can't recommend it more.
Cons:

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Lovely rooms. Modern. Nice roof top pool. Restaurant.
Cons: They allowed smoking the room. But ours didn’t smell of smoke. Would have changed rooms if it had.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, fantastic staff and wonderful roof terrace with infinity pool.
Cons: No coffee making facilities in the room
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was lovely with spacious room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room is big and beautiful and the beds are confortamble. The personal is gentile and available.
Cons: The swimming pool is always full of occupied deckchair, even if people aren’t there; there isn’t surveillance about this. The check-out is at 12.00 but if you at 12.05 are still in room they call you to propose another night in the hotel; crazy!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station.
Cons: No kettle in the room. Drainage was not the best
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and the rooftop bar was great.
Cons: The pool area was crowded and we couldn't get a lounger to lie on. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel due to the price.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was great value for money. It’s in a good location just on the outskirts of the city (a 15-min walk to the main attractions), we chose it over being right in amongst the action as we had a car and could easily park there and walk into the city (parking is €16.50 per day). Breakfast was great, lots of options and beautiful fresh fruits available. There was a pool which was nice in the heat of summer but it was packed with people so we never got a lounger or could relax by the pool, great for a quick dip though!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was lovely, beautiful and very well appointed. Pool/bar was good, and very popular! Staff were friendly.
Cons: View from our room wasn't great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Córdoba is wonderful. Overnight stay from Madrid to Seville. So glad we stayed here. Roof top bar, big rooms, friendly staff, cheap draft (estrella) €2. Really good breakfast. We travelled with 4 children and felt comfortable and safe. 20 min walk to centre which you should do
Cons: Parking is not free, park on a side street. Pool is small but area is great.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: The room has water leakage from the ceiling over night. The sink has dirty water from previous customer. It feels the room isn’t clean. I need to pay €10 deposit for a pool towel that’s not luxury.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: The nice breakfast buffet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was perfect for a weekend in Cordoba.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was convenient.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Had a pair of connected double rooms. One pair was available when we checked in early which made life easier. Great location, between the old Jewish quarter and the more modern shopping district.
Cons: Accidentally booked two pairs of double rooms (a total of 8 beds) because each pair of double rooms is a single booking. Good news is that the price is much, much cheaper than big cities and our party grew so we used all of the rooms.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: So clean and modern. Very comfortable and the staff were great. Had the breakfast for an additional 10 euros and it was an expansive spread. Walking distance to everything. Don’t book the walking tour through the hotel though - you can literally walk to the square and go on the same free walking tour where you tip based on your enjoyment.
Cons: No complaints at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was so close to city centre and amazing historic sights. Jorge and other staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms and breakfast great.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the staffs were helpful, the room is clean, the surrounding is queit, amenities are also great
Cons: The room is a bit tight for 3 person bedroom. There was hardly enough space to put all of our 3 luggages within the room. With that size of a room, it should only be for 2 pax with only 1 luggage.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: - Breakfast: very wide choice in a well-lit and elegant room. - Everything else was great. - Helpful staff.
Cons: - Only one power socket next to the twin bed. - Safe too small to store my laptop in.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money, around a 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions of the city. The hotel was clean and bed comfortable.
Cons: The room we had was very noisy, the adjoining rooms bathroom was right next to our bed. The neighbours liked to take about 10 showers at midnight so it was like we were in the shower with them. Am not saying all rooms will be like this, just think we were unlucky.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet had an excellent assortment of food to suit all tastes & the lady clearing tables/refilling etc was very friendly, kind, helpful & obliging. We liked the soothing, pleasing & matching decor of the public areas & rooms.
Cons: The beds were very hard & our room only had two electric points in, both at bedside. No complimentary water or toiletries were in my sister-in-law's room who we travelled with. We were disappointed that the hotel did not allocate rooms next to each other for us two & my sister-in-law who were travelling together, instead they put us on the ground floor & my sister-in-law on the first floor which we couldn't understand as the hotel did not have many guests?

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, perfect for our needs, we were on the top floor and it was super to be able to sit out on the little patio on a warm evening. It is very typical Spanish with the indoor courtyard and made a welcome change from your more usual plain chain hotels.
Cons: The hotel say that they have limited parking and since the hotel only has 12 rooms it must be very limited as there was no space for our hire car. We had to park in a public parking garage a good 10 mins walk from the hotel which ended up costing us 62 euros for our 4 day stay, I don't really think that this hotel should be advertised as having parking as its only after booking that the limited parking is mentioned in the small print!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby was beautiful - filled with plants and homey. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very clean, great staff too, thank you we will come back
Cons: Great room and very comfortable bed however the rest of furnitures , tables, chairs lamps etc where a bit old and unsuitable for a day’s work even on your laptop. But we loved the place and now that we know it we will come back for leisure .
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Patio with flowers, complimentary snacks, location
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is very convenient, and we got the chanche to park the car literally next door. Staff is very welcoming, and gave us very good tip on where enjoy some traditional food. Overall, very much reccomended!
Cons: The room we got was in the patio, so there wasn't any window. Not a big deal since we slept one night, however not suitable if someone's little claustrophobic.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place and host. We had a fantastic stay!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: What a little find! Hotel room was comfortable and unique. Lovely internal courtyard that all room looked out onto. Hotel was very hard to find - and particularly difficult to reach by car. Overall - a lovely hotel - worth the effort in finding.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I was a single person in Room #9 (a double). The room was big with a desk. The bathroom was a good size with good strong shower & hot water. Great selection of room towels provided. Friendly staff who provided a map with explanations upon arrival. Easy check-in, & easier check-out. Great WiFi access. Central location, near Plaza de la Contellihas.
Cons: No breakfast provided.
9,5 Excellent
Cons: Excellent location, very nice staff

Pros: The staff was very nice and professional. The rooms and the enviroment was perfect. And the location, it could not be better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and very quiet. Good location: it is very close to the mosque.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The workers were awesome, they kept our luggage even though it was not check in time! So we could enjoy the city while we waited! Also gave information about were to go and were to eat! Really good installations! Really quiet by the afternoon!
Cons: That we stayed on a room next to the bathrooms and at night the others customers made so much noise! But other than that the stay was excellent!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the Old Town, a few steps away from Cordoba's Mosque-Cathedral! It's a nicely decorated historical building with traditional Moorish tiles and a cozy rooftop terrace. We had a private room with A/C, a definite plus considering Cordoba's hot weather at this time of the year. Lot's of shops, cafes and restaurants all around the property, not to mention the distinctive charm of the old town neighborhood. It's good value for money and we would definitely stay there again!
Cons: All good!
5,5 Okay
Pros: Location is really good, very close to the Meschita. Place is pretty nice, the little patio looks very nice, there are many books to read at the reception. Bathrooms, rooms and kitchen looked clean. The young girl and boy working there are very nice and helpful.
Cons: I didn't like one of the ladies working there. Not only she was rude in telling me that the check out time was over, but she had also mistaken it because my check out was, indeed, the following day. It's ok to make mistakes, but not to be rude with guests. The front door was not working properly, so that at night, sometimes it remained opened and this made me feel not 100% safe there. The matters was really uncomfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location, wonderful patio and really friendly staff. The hostel has a lovely atmosphere and is very quiet. The mezquita is literally around the corner, and so are most other things you need to see. I'll definitely be back and I'd encourage others to give it a try too!
Cons: Hard to find any faults! If you're a seasoned hostel traveller, you won't be disappointed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was adequate and convenient
Cons: the noises in late night from people talking loud in the patio and the room has poor air circulation.

9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is in the center of the old city, next to the Mosque-Cathedral. The shower room is very spacious and we liked it.
Cons: The room is semi underground, so the window is too high in the room but low from outside. The pedestrians can see into the room from the window.

Pros: Outstanding location Hotel was old and rich in history, but comfortable
Cons: Included breakfast was a little limited

Pros: Location very good Staff very good and friendly
Cons: Bakery adjoining very expensive. 5 euro for two cakes.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Well located close to Mezquita -- biggest recommendation. Mini-bar but no complentary bottle of water. Manager accommodating when we asked to cut short stay.
Cons: Not fan of dusty, traditional style of decor. Asked to change room but alternative was worse with window giving out onto gallery and not outside. Accommodation drab and old-fashioned and drab and predominantly 'brown'. Needs updating. TV on wall as small as computer screen. Very noisy aircon and opening window not a good idea because of noise of passing traffic and motorcycles accentuated by high wall. Large 'lounge' area full of old-fashioned furniture and noisy children running riot. Had one of the worst nights sleep ever.

Pros: Room really nice, Breakfast amazing Location excellent
Cons: Parking was full, but we didn't reserve it. Everything amazing.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The water shower temperature was too hot and very hard to calibrate
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very traditional and stylish decorated with lots of green plants. The terrace was lovely to enjoy the views or Cordoba. The location was very peaceful, as well as being a short walk from all the sights. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and bed was huge and comfortable and clean sheets.
Cons: Rooms were so big so the air con didn’t really work effectively.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room bathroom aircon very tidy complex great English speaking staff were very helpful comfy bed great location couldn't be better
Cons: Everything was excellent
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location and setting of this hotel is just unbelievable. We are 5 minutes from the Roman site and in the heart of the touristic activities, without hearing it - at all! The price we paid for a last-minute room was great. The Spanish court-yard setting and terrace on the roof add to the magic of this location.
Cons: Don't try to drive here! It's ±@£¢¤ crazy. We went around twice. Found the place but couldn't find parking. We ended up eventually escaping the old city maze, parking outside of it - on the street - and getting back to the hotel by taxi - best move me made!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: With the same price I got a double bed for one person when other hotels offer only single bed. Very good location.
Cons: The facility of the shower is a bit old.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Close to EVERYTHING. Highly recommended. Definitely coming back...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, literally 5 minutes walk from the Mezquita and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Cons: Parking!! We had a hire car and this was the most stressful part of our entire trip! Google does NOT take you to the hotel, and the directions given by the hotel are not clear at all. We missed a turning which resulted in us having to go round a crazy one-way system that took us 18 minutes to get back to the same street and try again. Also the cobbled roads are so narrow and full of tourists walking up and down them, you are constantly worried about scraping your alloy wheels on the footpaths and wing mirrors on the walls. To top it off, actually manoeuvring into the hotel car park itself can be tricky as the road is so narrow! I’m from London and took my driving test in London with over 20 years driving experience, and even in a tiny Volkswagen Polo I found it incredibly stressful! If you are a relatively new driver, or you have a big 4x4 car, I would say don’t bother at all with the hotel parking and find another car park on the main streets! If you still want to be brave and try it, then I recommend you ignore Google directions to the hotel, and also ignore the hotels own map that they give you (way too confusing!) and instead set your Google Maps SatNav to “Calle Valladares”. When you get to the end of this one-way street, turn left, followed by an immediate right which takes you down the extremely narrow “Calle Buen Pastor”. Follow this road until you see the gated front of Hotel Atalia on the left.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty courtyard with mosaics and flowers, fantastic location, 3 mins from Mezquita, right in the heart of the Old Jewish quarter, I walked easily everywhere. I had Room 110 for solo travellers, which has aircon, bathroom, terrace, double bed. Small but very clean and tastefully refurbished with soft maroon colours, and essential for me it was QUIET at night. I didn’t hear anybody else’s aircon, or cars, or voices. I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace overlooking the Mezquita at night with a glass of wine and listening to the flamenco from a nearby restaurant btwn 9-10pm. Room 110 has a small entry outside the door so that you can actually close that door off from the hallway for extra quiet (although another room does also share this space, however it was vacant when I stayed except for 1 of the nights so I did hear them come and go but my sleep was not affected). I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Would have liked a small fridge to keep my water and wine cool, but the local supermarket sells ice so I filled the sink with it.

Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice patio for breakfast and excellent breakfast Good beds
Cons: Rooms what outdated, black spots from moisture in bathroom. Small bathroom witte stupid placement of toilet and sink. Too much noice from neighbours and hallway in the rooms
9,5 Excellent
Pros: There were three really good things about this hotel. 1. Angela, the lady that met me was wonderful. She was so helpful and friendly that I immediately felt like a special guest. On the whole the staff were great. 2. The breakfast, while on the surface a regular continental buffet, had such wonderful variety and special touches. Also the breakfast venue was spectacular with a courtyard that was delightful. 3. The location was great. Just on the edge of the old city gave easy access to the modern and the old. I would stay here again.
Cons: The room smelt a little musty, but opening a window let the fresh air in and sorted it out quickly.

Pros: Very clean and beautiful
Cons: Parking was about a mile away
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff were not very welcoming which was a shame. We had been staying at a 2 star hotel before our arrival in Cordoba and it was more comfortable than this 4 star hotel. The room was alright, the bed was uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a mattress covered in plastic wrap. We shared a weird patio area with another room where there was a huge ugly ventilation duct sticking out.

Pros: The place is verz good
Cons: the floor from elevator towards restaurant is not good for people who scare of transparent floor.the bathroom door was very close to the bed

Pros: Beautiful hotel with comfy beds and good aircon. Location is great with some nice little bars literally next door and the mosque just a few minutes walk away. Staff very nice and helpful.
Cons: Eggs on the breakfast buffet were a bit dry.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The close proximity to historic sites like La Mezquita, the baths and the Puente Romano was a highlight. Also, the interior courtyards of the hotel were quaint (one even included Roman ruins!). Staff were great!
Cons: Just very minor things really: internet was slow, so sometimes things wouldn’t load, and coffee was disappointing especially being around places that served better for much less.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast request for gluten free was brilliantly responded to. The breakfast was in any case superb
Cons: Nothing really To be really picky, the lift buttons were dark
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The whole of the historic area of Cordoba is within walking distance from this hotel.. Cannot recommend Cordoba strongly enough as a place to visit...We only had 2 full days..should have taken 3..
Cons: Lots of tourists at the major points of interest. NOTE....as a hotel guest you are entitled to FREE car parking in the restricted old city,if you can find a space..need to give your reg number to your hotel..
7,0 Good
Pros: The building was interesting and the nearby cafes were pleasant.
Cons: My room was very small, but as it was an overnight stop it was adequate.

Pros: The location of this hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Jewish quarter and a 5-minute walk from the old mosque/cathedral. It is located in a quiet plaza and has an underground parking garage. The interior patio was charming to sit and have a drink when we returned in the evening. The Nespresso machine was a pleasant surprise to the room, which we took advantage of. The decor is standard and lacks the charm of a boutique hotel, but the hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good service.

Pros: We love the location but also that the hotel itself it is amazing as it is a old palace with the actual old wall n it has all modern facilities. Special mention to the Mngr at the restaurant, his outstanding service n sympathy with all of us but with all the guess. He gives a perfect attention to any detail/request. Very proffesional n v helpful. We were v surprised abo it!
Cons: Personally we didn’t like the lady manager at front desk on the day time. She was very hard to deal with every time we saw her n her body language was very arrogant very superficial. She wasn’t interested when u have a question/ request. In the end, we try to avoid to deal with her. It was painful. The nite receptionist, is really helpful n v nice.

Pros: Nothing except cleanliness and proximity to the city attractions
Cons: The hotel staff was totally unresponsive to the problems. They didn’t understand English and neither made an effort to do so. It appeared they were out to mint money for every little thing we needed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We decided on a few days holiday in Cordoba, what a wonderful find this hotel is, 10 minutes walk away, over the old Roman Bridge is the old town centre. We were impressed by the staff on check in, everyone was friendly and very efficient, the room 211 was modern extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet.. There is free parking a few paces for the hotel, but we chose the secure underground parking.. Definitely recommend this hotel... Should be 5 star
Cons: There is nothing to dislike
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We like to walk. The extra half-mile across the Roman bridge to get to the historical center was not an issue for us. On the contrary, the location of the hotel was one of its strongest features—quiet, modern, and comfortable with a spectacular view.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever. The weather was beautiful and temperate—February—so we were able to open the windows. In the warmer months, one would have to rely on the air conditioning to keep flying insects out of the room. I’m sure that the air conditioner works fine but there’s nothing better than cool, fresh air from the outside.
4,2 Okay
Cons: Very rude staff. No coffee in room
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: The staff didn’t take you to the room which meant I didn’t know how to work the AC.
