No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Cons: "The flight information did not show the gate for the flight. We had to ask an employee which gate was being used. Unfortunately, it was a gate that required a transit ride. As a result, many passengers were late in fact, after pushback, the pilot returned to the gate to pick up one very late passenger. Also, the BA gate attendant was very rude. Her imperious attitude was a poor reflection on her employer."

Cons: "Booked flight to go & care for my 94 year old mother in Germany. She died 6 weeks before planned departure. I immediately advised Lufthansa, asking for cancellation of flight and reimbursement. They cancelled my reservation immediately. While LH received my payment on Nov. 21st, it is now more than 3 months later and I still have not received reimbursement. I am very upset and disappointed with LH's unresponsiveness to my request."
Cons: "It was HORRIBLE. They had to book us on another flight to Houston and then to Dallas because there were no more direct flights. We arrived at the check in counter at 10 AM. Flight left at 10:40. We were only 5 minutes late for the cutoff after a 15 hour flight with delays that were NOT our fault but were the fault of the airline itself. Our seats were terrible going back and they did not even offer us any kind of voucher to help with the added time and stress of having to wait for another flight and take an extra one."
