KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.
The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.
No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).
The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.
Crew members were good. Seats were packed and too tight .
Carry on luggage size for economy passengers significantly smaller than other airlines, so nearly all ecomy passengers had their bags taken and checked.
They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable
Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
Always delayed, always. luckily our next flight was delayed or we would have missed it. Cabin crew were great and informative, ready to help.
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
The flight was delayed, missed my connecting flight. Also missing one bag and no one can help me. The bag arrived the day after and the airport can't locate the bag.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

The seats are designed for 12 years old, but pretty uncomfortable for the average adulte!!

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.
The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.
On British:Storage box next to seat window broken. Flight delays pre and post trip made us loose connection. Food awful as usual. Their app is terrible. Entertainment had to be booted up several times. Took an hour to get luggage off plane at DFW when we needed to claim and put back on next flight. Crew was fantastic! And, this was return trip. Same delay on flights outbound to Europe! Late for rental car pickup in Italy. American Airlines return portion of trip ok but with delays all around. They got our luggage on flight with minutes to spare but closed gate for our connecting flight. For 2 minutes they could not wait when they know we are connecting? British/American not syncing up?
They lost 3 out of our 4 luggages on the way to Santorini…didn’t not receive until the following night. The first leg of our flight home was a hour delay, which meant we had to run to catch our connecting flight. One on my TUMI luggage had a broken wheel when I arrived in Boston. After paying close to $12k for these flights I was highly disappointed.
British Airways, shame on you the worst flight experience ever!! Avoid at all cost if you can!!! My flight was apparently overbooked and I was refused to fly, apparently this is normal, nothing unusual and I should take it easy and still be happy and smiling when they trying to offer me a stand by ticket for the next flight!!! 🤯🤯🤯 Never ever again thank you very much what the crop service it is there's something fundamentally wrong going with this company I was unable to check in online I was unable to download the receipt I was unable to manage my booking I was waiting in the queue for the luggage when all the desks had some it issues I was refused to fly what else could go wrong??? 🤯🤯🤯

The aircraft left 5 hours later than original dipartire time They let all passengers board and sit for 3 hours in a hot air plain with no A/C. Than they made all passengers leave the air plain due to some issues to the engine. Passengers received 1 glass of water the entire time . Than they boarded everyone again and took almost another hour before they took off. I bought these tickets for my 74 years old mother, Julianna Horvathne Kas and my nephew, Balázs Kelemen. Definitely going to request for a compensations!!
British Air ways was good - American Airlines not: waited at gate for “mechanical issues” and stood at gate.. plane delayed, … staff at desk rude, had to check my personal carry on item, toilet not working… “please use the working one sparingly- it will overflow in the cabin”
Timely service. London city is easy to get in and out once you reach the airport
