Pros: "Flight was cancelled. Kayak did not notify us. We found out by accident. There was no customer service from kayak. We had to solve with with the airline"
Pros: "I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far."
Cons: "honestly nothing needed improving ."
Pros: "I did not receive a single email from kayak letting me know I could check in or select seats. No updates on flight status! Poor service!"

Cons: "The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed"
Pros: "Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable."
Cons: "Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited."

Cons: "Extremely rigid rules. My flight was the day of the blizzard in Boston, Tues, 3/13. Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"
Pros: "Very friendly and efficient Good food"
Cons: "Zürich airport early closing at night so difficult to check in and drop off luggage"

Cons: "I paid extra for economy plus with extra legroom and a seat that reclined more - waste of money - the seats were extremely uncomfortable!"
Cons: "We missed our flight going to Geneva from new York and so automatically lost the return portion of our flight. So had to totally rebook. The people at the Swiss air counter were not very helpful."
British Airways staff are courteous and efficient, they keep passengers happy and keep the bathrooms and aisles tidy. The selection of movies was ok, TV shows (sitcoms) were boring. I wish they offered Britbox/BBC shows
Flight delayed at the phoenix location itself. Missed connection flight and the alternate route given was 1 more extra day. It was a horrible experience
Pros: "Excellence view of London performered by the pilot. Very please with that."
Cons: "All good except for the seat, let my neck with a bit of pain."
Pros: "Pleasant staff, very poor entertainment systems, screens too small and kept needing to be reset."

Cons: "The Boeing 747-400 is absolutely the WORST designed aircraft ever — Business Class cubicles are cramped with no spaces for placing items, etc. And, this was after the very worst boarding procedures!"
Pros: "The crew was considerate in taking care of children with families and assigning new upgraded seats to those adults who were looking for sleep and quiet. They were also helpful in getting me a special gluten free meal even though I did not order it in advance."
Cons: "My seat did not recline. There was no charger for a phone or screens to watch anything or WiFi on the flight."

Cons: "No information on connecting flights was provided. Also no heads up on the connection process ie. the need for a shuttle etc."
Pros: "I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small."
Cons: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."
